Երևանի վարչական շրջանների մի շարք թաղապետարաններ, հղում կատարելով Երևանի քաղաքապետի ապօրինի պաշտոնակատար Լևոն Հովհաննիսյանին, իրենց պաշտոնական նամակներով անցած շաբաթվա ընթացքում հրաժարվել են տարածքներ տրամադրել ստորագրահավաքի համար, թեև դա օրենքի իմպերատիվ պահանջ է և իրենց սահմանադրական պարտականությունն է։
Փաստորեն, մի կողմից, Ալիևը բռնանում է արցախցիների իրավունքների վրա, մյուս կողմից նրա քաղաքակիրթ գործընկեր Փաշինյանը իր դրածոների միջոցով՝ երևանցիների իրավունքների վրա։ Ուստի, մենք գործ ունենք հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ թե’ արտաքին, թե’ ներքին թշնամական գործողությունների հետ։

Բոլոր այս պաշտոնատար անձանց նկատմամբ, որոնք փորձում են բռնանալ մեր ժողովրդի սահմանադրական իրավունքերի վրա, մեր նախաձեռնող խմբի կողմից Գլխավոր դատախազին արդեն իսկ ներկայացվել է հաղորդում հանցագործության մասին։
Իշխանություններն ի ցույց դրեցին իրենց իսկ վախերը՝ հասկանալով, որ 50 հազար ստորագրությունը կարող է վերածվել համազգային պայքարի մեկնարկի՝ հանուն Հայաստանի ու Արցախի։

Մենք մինչև վերջ փորձելու ենք այս վարչակարգի դեմ պայքարել օրինական ճանապարհով, սակայն մեր համբերությունը անսահման չէ։
Մենք ի վերջո կգտնենք միջոցներ՝ վերջ դնելու Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին տիրացած ապօրինի խմբակի և նրա քաղաքական շահառուների կամայականություններին և վերականգնելու սահմանադրական կարգը և ժողովրդի լիարժեք իշխանությունը մեր երկրում։
 
Իշխանությունը պատկանում է ժողովրդին, ոչ թե ժողովուրդն է պատկանում իշխանությանը։
