Տիգրան Ավինյանը քաղաքապետարանի տրանսպորտի վարչության պետ է նշանակել տվել Վազգեն Հարությունյանին։
Նման «ազնիվ նվիրյալներով» թիմ հավաքելը ուղղակի փաստում է, որ իշխանությունը Երևանում ունի մեկ նպատակ՝ քաղաքը ծառայեցնել սեփական թիմի բարեկեցությանը՝ այդ ընթացքում ավիրելով քաղաքի բյուջեն, քաղաքի տարածքները, քաղաքի բնությունը, քաղաքի ամեն ինչը։
Վազգեն Հարությունյանը եղել է «Փարկինգ Սիթի» Սերվիսի տնօրենը, ում նկատմամբ 2020թ․ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի (խարդախություն) 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 325-րդ հոդվածի (փաստաթղթեր, դրոշմներ, կնիքներ, ձևաթղթեր, տրանսպորտային միջոցների հաշվառման համարանիշներ կեղծելը, իրացնելը կամ օգտագործելը) 2-րդ մասով։
Քաղաքապետարանի տրանսպորտի վարչության պետը կեղծ փաստաթղթեր կազմելու և պաշտոնեական դիրքի օգտագործմամբ Երևան համայնքին պատկանող «Փարկինգ Սիթի Սերվիս» ՓԲ ընկերությունից հափշտակել է 1.6 մլն դոլար։
Սրանից բացի, այս տարի, նշանակումից մի քանի շաբաթ առաջ, գլխավոր դատախազության ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործերով վարչությունը պահանջ է ներկայացրել դատարանին՝ Վազգեն Հարությունյանից և վերջինիս փոխկապակցված անձանցից՝ հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բռնագանձել մոտ 1,5 մլն դոլարի գույք ու դրամական միջոցներ։
Հուսով եմ` Վազգեն Հարությունյանը իրավապահ մարմիններ այցելությունները իրականացնում է իր իսկ կողմից բարեփոխված հասարակական տրանսպորտով։
Ի դեպ, ըստ Երևանի կեղտոտ օդում կախված լուրերի, առաջիկայում Երվանդ Զախարյանը նշանակվելու է Տիգրան Ավինյանի՝ քաղաքաշինության գծով խորհրդական։
