Այսօր՝ հունիսի 27-ին, խոշոր ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 21:40-ի սահմաններում Երևանի բնակիչ, ՌԴ և Հայաստանի քաղաքացի 23-ամյա Հովհաննես Կարապետյանն իր վարած Lexus LX մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով, Իսակովի պողոտայում, ճանապարհի բաց դիտահորի պատճառով ընկել է դրա մեջ, ապա չկարողանալով կառավարել ավտոմեքենան դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի գոտուց, բախվել ծառին, արմատախիլ արել այն և առաջ ընթանալով մասամբ հայտնվել ճանապարհի մեջտեղում:
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, բարեբախտաբար տուժածներ չկան:
Վարորդը տեղում ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության, եղել է սթափ:
Երթևեկության այդ խիստ ժամին, եթե վարորդը ճիշտ չկողմնորոշվեր, հնարավոր է տեղի ունենար շղթայական ավտովթար և չէր բացառվի, որ կլինեին նաև վիրավորներ, իսկ եթե Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն ու նշված հատվածը սպասարկող վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմը ժամանակին այդ դիտահորը, որն ամբողջությամբ լցված է ցեխով ու կեղտով, մաքրեին ու դիտահորի կափարիչը տեղադրեին՝ վթարը տեղի չէր ունենա:
Գոնե այս դեպքից հետո պատկան մարմինները «ջայլամի կեցվածք» չընդունեն կամ էլ առաջիկայում Երևանի ավագանու նիստի ժամանակ Տիգրան Ավինյանը վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին ճիշտ հանձնարարական տա, որպեսզի իրենց շրջաններում գտնվող բոլոր բաց դիտահորերը, որոնք ռեալ վտանգ են ներկայացնում վարորդների համար, կափարիչներով փակվեն ու կարգի բերվեն:
