Ռազմական համալսարանը պետք է դառնա այնպիսի ռազմաուսումնական հաստատություն, որտեղ ուսանելու ցանկություն և երազանք կունենան նաև այլ երկրների երիտասարդներ. Սուրեն Պապիկյան

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը ներկա է գտնվել ՀՀ ՊՆ Վ. Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական համալսարանի կազմավորման 29-րդ տարեդարձին նվիրված հանդիսավոր արարողությանը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունից։

Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին նաև օրենսդիր և տարածքային կառավարման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներ, պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալները, ԶՈՒ ԳՇ ղեկավար կազմը, այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ։

Շնորհավորելով ներկաներին ռազմական համալսարանի կազմավորման 29-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ՝ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը նշել է, որ համալսարանը մեծ ավանդ ու ներդրում ունի բանակաշինության կայացման գործում։

Սուրեն Պապիկյանը նաև շեշտել է, որ այսօր՝ 29 տարի անց, ռազմական համալսարանը նոր հանգրվանի առաջ է կանգնած. այն վերածվում է ռազմական ակադեմիայի՝ իր կազմում ներառելով նաև ռազմաավիացիոն համալսարանը։

«Մենք արդեն ունենք կառավարության համապատասխան որոշումը։ Առաջիկայում այլ իրավական ակտերի միջոցով ևս ռազմական համալսարանի նոր կառուցվածքն ավարտուն տեսք կունենա։ Մենք խնդիր ենք դրել մեր առաջ, ըստ որի ռազմական համալսարանը պետք է լինի ոչ միայն մեր զինված ուժերի դարբնոցը՝ կրթական կարևորագույն կենտրոնը, այլ դառնա այնպիսի ռազմաուսումնական հաստատություն, որտեղ ուսանելու ցանկություն և երազանք կունենան նաև այլ երկրների երիտասարդներ, և սա հնարավոր նշաձող է»,- ընդգծել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը՝ վստահություն հայտնելով, որ այս կրթօջախում դեռ ուսանելու են հայրենիքի հազարավոր նվիրյալ երիտասարդներ՝ հայրենիքի սահմաններն անառիկ ու պատիվը բարձր պահելու համար։

ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետ, պաշտպանության նախարարի 1-ին տեղակալ, գեներալ-մայոր Էդվարդ Ասրյանն իր շնորհավորական խոսքում անդրադարձ է կատարել Վ. Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական համալսարանի կազմավորման պատմությանը և ներկայիս ընդլայնված ռազմակրթական գործունեությանը:

Էդվարդ Ասրյանը փաստել է, որ ռազմական համալսարանի շրջանավարտները մշտապես նպաստել և այսօր էլ ակտիվորեն նպաստում են բանակի մարտական ներուժի բարձրացմանն ու զարգացմանը, ուստի կառույցը պետք է առավել հզորանա՝ որպես հայոց պետականության, հայ ժողովրդի անվտանգության երաշխավոր, կատարելագործվի և ամուր կանգնի պետության պաշտպանության դիրքերում:

Վ. Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական համալսարանի կազմավորման 29-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ, ինչպես նաև ծառայողական պարտականությունները բարեխղճորեն կատարելու համար ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի և ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետի հրամաններով համալսարանի մի շարք սպաներ և կուրսանտներ պարգևատրվել են գերատեսչական մեդալներով և արժեքավոր նվերներով:

Հանդիսավոր միջոցառումը եզրափակվել է անձնակազմի հանդիսավոր երթով և ՀՀ ԶՈՒ պատվո պահակային վաշտի զինծառայողների ցուցադրական ելույթով:
