Կարկուտն ու սելավը մեծ վնասներ են հասցրել, Արցախի ժողովրդի համբերությունն անսպառ չէ․ ԱՀ պետնախարար

«Երեկ տեղացած կարկուտն ու սելավը մեծ վնասներ են հասցրել Արցախի հանրապետության Ասկերանի ու Մարտակերտի շրջանների մի շարք համայնքների»,- այդ մասին հայտնում է Արցախի պետնախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը․
«Արցախցին անասելի պայքարի ու դժվարությունների մեջ է։ Ընթացիկ տարում Արցախցիները ոչ միայն ստիպված են դիմակայել շրջափակմանը, այլև պարբերաբար բախվում են վնասաբեր բնական աղետների հետ: Արցախի մի շարք համայնքներ արդեն մի քանի անգամ կարկտահարվել են, իսկ երեկ տեղացած կարկուտն ու սելավը նորից մեծ վնասներ է պատճառել Ասկերանի ու Մարտակերտի շրջանի մի շարք համայնքների, վնասվել են ցանքատարածություններ, մարդկանց բնակելի տներ»,- նշել է նա։
Պետնախարարի հաղորդմամբ՝ ԱՀ գյուղատնտեսության և քաղաքաշինության նախարարությունների մասնագետները արդեն սկսել են վնասի հաշվարկման և հնարավորության սահմաններում՝ պատճառված վնասները վերականգնելու աշխատանքները:
Ամբողջությամբ վնասվել է Մարտակերտի շրջանի Գառնաքար համայնքի կամուրջը, սակայն այլընտրանքային՝ սահմանափակ հնարավորություն ենթադրող լուծումն արդեն գտնվել է, հիշյալ համայնք է ուղարկվել անհրաժեշտ քանակի ալյուր, շուտով կուղարկվի նաև դեղորայք․
«Ավելի քան 200 օր է Արցախի Հանրապետությունը անասելի պայքարի մեջ է, Արցախի ժողովուրդը բացահայտորեն, բազմաթիվ դիտորդների աչքի առաջ ենթարկվում է զրկանքների ու տառապանքների, արցախցուն փորձ է արվում հարկադրանքի միջոցով ստիպել հրաժարվել իր ինքնությունից, ուրանալ իր ծննդավայրը, լեզուն, հավատքը, բայց իրադարձությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ բոլոր քայլերն անցնում են ապարդյուն:
