Սիրելի բարեկամներ,
Շատերդ արդեն տեղյակ եք, որ անցած շաբաթ մենք մեկնարկեցինք "Հայաքվե" քաղաքացիական օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը։ "Հայաքվե"-ն ոչ միայն հսկայական ոգևորություն, այլև բազմաթիվ հարցեր է ծնել, մենք օրական մի քանի հարյուր նամակ ենք ստանում, որոնք բազմաբնույթ՝ քաղաքական, իրավական, կազմակերպչական, տեխնիկական հարցեր են արծարծում, դրանից բացի ակտիվ քննարկում է սկսվել համացանցում և լրատվամիջոցների էջերին։
 
Մենք ոչ միայն ողջունում ենք այդ քննարկումը, այլև շատ ուրախ ենք, որ մեր համեստ նախաձեռնությունը առիթ հանդիսացավ մեր պետության ապագայի վերաբերյալ հանրային մեծ դիսկուրս սկսելու, և ավելի քան ուրախ ենք, որ դրան մասնակցում են ոչ միայն ճանաչված անձիք, այլև մեր երկրի բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ, որոնք "Հայաքվե"-ի միջոցով լսելի են դարձնում իրենց ձայնը։ Ավելին, մեր կողմից մենք ոչ միայն պարբերաբար հանդես կգանք պարզաբանումներով, բացատրություններով և հիմնավորումներով, այլև ուրախությամբ հարթակ կտրամադրենք բոլոր մեր գործընկերներին, որոնք ցանկանում են արտահայտվել "Հայաքվե"-ի և դրան առնչվող հարցերի ողջ սպեկտրի վերաբերյալ։
 
Այս նպատակով, այսօր ձեր ուշադրությանն եմ ներկայացնում (հղման մեջ) Հ2-ի եթերում հեռուստալրագրող Շավարշ Գևորգյանի հետ տեղի ունեցած քննարկումը, որում անդրադարձել եմ "Հայաքվե"-ի հետ կապված մի շարք առավել տարածված հարցերի։ Ուրախ կլինեմ ձեր շահագրգիռ արձագանքների համար, և հաճույքով պատրաստ եմ պատասխանել հետագա հարցերին։ Մինչ այդ, "Հայաքվե"-ն շարունակվում է, երկուշաբթի առավոտյան 9:00 բացվում են տեղամասերը Երևանի բոլոր վարչական շրջաններում, Գյումրիում ր Վանաձորում, իսկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում աշխարհագրությունը կընդլայնվի դեպի Հայաստանի մյուս մարզերը։
