5 դատավոր ենթարկվել է կարգապահական պատասխանատվության

Արդարադատության նախարարության ներկայացրած միջնորդությունը Վերաքննիչ քաղաքացիական դատարանի դատավոր Աստղիկ Խառատյանին, Վճռաբեկ դատարանի քաղաքացիական պալատի դատավորներ Արտակ Բարսեղյանին և Տիգրան Պետրոսյանին կարգապահական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու վերաբերյալ բավարարվել է Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի կողմից:
Ըստ այդմ՝ դատավորների լիազորությունները դադարեցվել են՝ էական կարգապահական խախտման հիմքով: Տվյալ գործով կարգապահական վարույթ հարուցելու առիթ է հանդիսացել Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի`Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորությունների (մասնավորապես՝ արդար դատաքննության իրավունքի) խախտում արձանագրող վճռի ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում առերևույթ կարգապահական խախտման հատկանիշներ պարունակող արարքի հայտնաբերումը:
ԲԴԽ մեկ այլ որոշմամբ՝ դադարեցվել են նաև Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Դավիթ Հարությունյանի լիազորությունները: Միջնորդության ներկայացման հիմք է հանդիսացել դատավորի կողմից «Դատական օրենսգիրք» սահմանադրական օրենքով ամրագրված դատավորի վարքագծի կանոնների խախտումը:
Նախարարության ներկայացրած մեկ այլ միջնորդության հիման վրա Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քաղաքացիական դատարանի դատավոր Ռուբեն Բունիաթյանին ԲԴԽ որոշմամբ հայտարարվել է նկատողություն: Միջնորդության ներկայացման հիմք է հանդիսացել գործով եզրափակիչ դատական ակտը դատական իշխանության պաշտոնական կայքում օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետից ավելի քան 1 տարի 2 ամիս անց հրապարակելը և ակտի օրինակը գործին մասնակցող անձանց օրենքով սահմանված ժամկետից ավելի քան 1 տարի 3 ամիս անց ուղարկելը:
