Այսօր մի խումբ եվրոպաբնակ հայեր Հայաստանում ԵՄ գրասենյակի դիմաց բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացրել և նամակ փոխանցել գրասենյակին՝ ուղղված Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելին։

«Մենք մեր ձայնն ենք բարձրացնում ու անհամաձայնությունը հայտնում այն գործընթացներին, որոնք տեղի են ունենում ԵՄ «քավորությամբ»: Հայաստանի և Արցախի շահերը ոտնահարելով՝ նրանք, փաստացի, պաշտպանում են Ադրբեջանի շահերը։

Որպես այնտեղ բնակվող հայեր ու հարկատուներ, նամակ ենք կազմել, և քանի որ ես հիմա Հայաստանում եմ, որոշել ենք այստեղ հանձնել այդ նամակը», — լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է նախաձեռնության անդամ, գերմանաբնակ Արփինե Քոչարյանը։

Նամակում բարձրաձայնվում են Արցախի ու արցախահայության խնդիրները։

«Ինչպես հասկանում ենք, խաղաղության պայմանագրում արցախահայության շահերի մասին ոչ մի տող չկա։ Նամակում նշել ենք, որ այդ պայմանագրով էթնիկ զտում է սպասվում, և ԵՄ-ի նման հաստատությունը չպետք է «քավոր կանգնի» այս ցեղասպանական պայմանագրին», — ասել է Արփինե Քոչարյանը։

Շառլ Միշելին հասցեագրված նամակը ստորագրել են 1221 եվրոպահայեր։

Հավելենք, որ Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելը Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջեւ բանակցային ներկա գործընթացի միջնորդներից է: Մասնավորապես, ԵՄ հովանու ներքո 2022 թ հոկտեմբերին Պրահայում՝ Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում, տեղի էր ունեցել ՀՀ վարչապետ Փաշինյանի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիեւի, ԵԽ նախագահ Միշելի եւ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Մակրոնի մասնակցությամբ քառակողմ հանդիպումը, որի ընթացքում Փաշինյանն ու Ալիեւը հաստատել էին հանձնառությունը՝ ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության և 1991թ. Ալմա Աթիի հռչակագրի հիման վրա ճանաչել միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունը:
