«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը ներկայացրեց Երևանի տրանսպորտային ճոպանուղու համակարգի հայեցակարգը
SOCIETY«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության նախաձեռնությամբ Երևանում կկառուցվի ժամանակակից տրանսպորտային ճոպանուղու համակարգ, որը միտված է մայրաքաղաքում տրանսպորտային հիմնախնդիրների լուծմանը, քաղաքի բեռնաթափմանը, հարմարավետ, անվտանգ ու հասանելի երթևեկության ապահովմանը։
Հուլիսի 4-ին կայացած միջոցառմանը ներկայացվեց Երևանի տրանսպորտային ճոպանուղու հայեցակարգը, դրա առավելություններն ու առանձնահատկությունները։ Երթուղին ունենալու է 7 գիծ, որոնք հիմնականում կապելու են Երևանի հյուսիսարևելյան և հարավարևմտյան մասերը Կենտրոնին։
«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ, Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններում կուսակցության քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Մանե Թանդիլյանն իր ելույթում կարևորեց նման համակարգի առկայությունը՝ համարելով այն ոչ միայն որպես տրանսպորտային անհրաժեշտություն, այլև՝ որպես զբոսաշրջային գրավչություն և Երևանն աշխարհի զարգացած քաղաքների շարքում դասելու կարևոր գործոն։
«Սա այն մեգանախագծերից մեկն է, որն ուղղված է Երևանի վերափոխմանը և այն առաջարկներից է, որից երևանցիները չեն կարող հրաժարվել,- ասաց Թանդիլյանը,-Ճոպանուղին ժամանակակից քաղաքների տրանսպորտային խնդիրների լուծում է, հետևաբար այս համակարգի ներդնումն ու հաջողության կիրառումը լիովին իրատեսական է։ Ճոպանուղին հնարավորություն է տալիս ապահովել կապը քաղաքի տարբեր ուղղությունների հետ օդային ճանապարհով։ Այն համարվում է ամենաանվտանգ տրանսպորտային միջոցը, անկախ է խցանումներից, արագությամբ գերազանցում է մնացած փոխադրամիջոցներին, էներգախնայող է և չունի էկոլոգիային վնաս հասցնող ոչ մի արտանետում, նաև տնտեսապես ավելի նպատակահարմար է։ Երևանի ճոպանուղին լինելու է մեկ ամբողջական տրանսպորտային համակարգի մաս, հետևաբար այն պետք է լինի հասանելի ու մատչելի բոլորի համար»։
Հարցին, թե որքան ժամանակ է պահանջում նման համակարգի կառուցումը, Թանդիլյանը նշեց՝ Ճոպանուղու առավելություններից մեկն այն է, որ այն կառուցվում է կարճ ժամանակում. Ճոպանուղու կայարանները կարող են կառուցվել 6-10 ամսվա ընթացքում՝ կախված երկարությունից և քանակից։
Ճոպանուղու հայեցակարգի հեղինակը պրոֆեսոր, ճարտարապետության թեկնածու, «Իթակա» ճարտարապետական ընկերության հիմնադիր-տնօրեն Տելեմակ Անանյանն է.
«Այս հայեցակարգը դեռևս 2010 թվականից հասունանում էր, այն բազմաթիվ անգամներ ներկայացվում էր տարբեր ժամանակների իշխանություններին, բայց մնում էր անտեսված։ Եվ վերջապես գտավ իրոք սրտացավ, փոփոխությունների կարիքը զգացող և դրանց պատրաստ քաղաքական մի թիմի»,-իր խոսքում ասաց Տելեմակ Անանյանը։
Միջոցառման ավարտին Մանե Թանդիլյանը և Տելեմակ Անանյանը պատասխանեցին ներկաների հարցերին, քննարկեցին քաղաքացիների կողմից հնչած տարբեր կարծիքներ, առաջարկություններ և դիտարկումներ։
