«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

 

Արցախի նախագահի պաշտոնն զբաղեցնող Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին նամակ է գրել… Արություն Ադամովն, անկասկած, բազմապատիկ ավելի արժանիքներ ուներ, քան ունի Արցախի նախագահի պաշտոնն զբաղեցնող Արայիկ Հարությունյանը: Թե ինչ եղավ Արթին պապի՝ «ռուսաց թագավորին» նամակ գրելուց հետո, գիտեն բոլորը, ովքեր կարդացել են Բակունցի հանրահայտ գործը... գոնե դպրոցական ծրագրի շրջանակներում: Չենք կասկածում, որ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի նամակը շարադրողներն ինչպես հարկն է՝ կոնկրետ ու պերճախոս նկարագրել են այն ծանրագույն վիճակը, որի մեջ հայտնվել են Արցախի բեկորների վրա ծվարած մեր ավելի քան 100 հազար հայրենակիցները, որոնք արդեն կես տարուց ավելի է, ինչ Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող բլոկադայի պայմաններում են:

Վլադիմիր Վլադիմիրովիչը լենինգրադցի է, ուստի շատ լավ կհասկանա, թե ինչ ասել է՝ բլոկադա, չնայած՝ նա, առնվազն ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերի հրամանատարի մակարդակով, Արցախում տիրող վիճակի մասին տեղեկանալու համար ունի իր սեփական աղբյուրները: Եվ ամեն դեպքում, հարցն այստեղ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն ու նրա հնարավոր արձագանքը չեն: Հարցն այն է, թե որպես ի՞նչ է Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, որ համարվում է Արցախի նախագահը, նամակ գրել «ռուսաց թագավորին»: Անունն ի՞նչ է դրել, որ նման քայլ է կատարել, առանց… գնահատելու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ Արցախն ուրանալու, Արցախը ադրբեջանական տարածք ճանաչելու մասին խայտառակ հայտարարությունը: Հայաստանի նախկին ԱԳ նախարար Վարդան Օսկանյանը նախօրեին նշեց, թե այն իրավիճակում, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ամենաուղիղ ձևով ու պաշտոնապես հայտարարում է, թե Արցախը ճանաչում է ադրբեջանական ու Ադրբեջանի կազմում, Պուտինը չէ, ուզում է՝ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բայդենը լինի, եթե նույնիսկ շատ ուզենան էլ՝ ոչինչ չեն կաող անել:

Առավել ևս մի իրավիճակում, եթե դու, տվյալ դեպքում՝ Հարությունյան Արայիկը, բացարձակապես ոչինչ չի ասում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, կոնկրետ ու կոշտ չի գնահատում Արցախի հայությանը ցեղասպանության մատնելու մղում ունեցող փաշինյանական հայտարարությունը, ապա օտար տերությունների ղեկավարներին ուղղված ու հղված կոչերը, լինեն գրավոր, թե բանավոր, գրեթե ոչ մի արժեք ու ազդեցություն չունեն: Վերջին հաշվով, Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի շրջափակումն ու դրա աստիճանական խստացումը ուղիղ կերպով շաղկապված են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ Արցախն ադրբեջանական ճանաչելու մասին Պրահայում Էրդողանի ու Ալիևի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ընդունած պարտավորության, իսկ դրանից հետո, այս տարվա ընթացքում արած պաշտոնական հայտարարությունների հետ: Իսկ դրան գնահատական չտալով՝ «ռուսաց թագավորին» կամ թեկուզ՝ Հռոմի պապին նամակ գրելն ընդամենը «փիար» է, «բուռն գործունեության» ցուցադրություն, ուրիշ ոչինչ:
