Ադրբեջանը շրջափակումով սկսել էր Արցախի ժողովրդին հյուծելու, մաշեցնելու գործընթաց, իսկ հունիսի 15-ից սկսած Արցախ բացարձակ որեւէ հումանիտար բեռ չի մտել, ընդհանրապես սնունդ չի մտել: Այս մասին Հանրային հեռուստատեսությանը տված հարցազրույցում նշեց Արցախի պետնախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը:
«Ինչպես գիտենք, Արցախն ինքնաբավ երկիր չէ սննդի տեսանկյունից եւ կան բազմաթիվ ապրանքատեսակներ, որոնք բերվում էին Հայաստանից: Սակայն հունիսի 15-ից Արցախը միայն իր ներքին ռեսուրսների հաշվին է իր գոյությունը պաշտպանում: Ացախցին այսօր ապրում է ներսում մեր գյուղացիների կողմից ստեղծված գյուղատնտեսական մթերքի հաշվին եւ այն պահուստային ֆոնդի հաշվին, որը մենք ունեցել ենք: Պարզ է, որ մեր ունեցած պաշարներն անսպառ չեն: Մի աննկարագրելի ինքնակազմակերպվածություն է Արցախի ժողովրդի մոտ»,-ասաց նա:
Հարցին՝ որքանով են ճիշտ տեղեկությունները, որ 50 տոկոսով աճել են ջերմոցային տնտեսությունները, անասնապահությունն է աճել, պետնախարարը պատասխանեց. «Այո, որոշ ժամանակ անց մենք կարող ենք մեր ջերմոցների հաշվին ապահովել մեր ներքին պահանջարկի մոտ 70 տոկոսը, որը աննախադեպ ցուցանիշ է Արցախի համար: Մենք երբեք նման ինքնաբավության մակարդակ չենք ունեցել»:
Անդրադառնալով նրան, որ ռուս խաղաղապահներն ուղղաթիռով իրենց համար սնունդ են ներկրում, արդյոք նրանք այդ հարցում օգնում են Արցախին, Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը ասաց. «Ադրբեջանական կողմը պայմաններ չի ապահովել ռուս խաղաղապահներին հումանիտար օգնություն կազմակերպելու համար, ինչպես դա արվում էր մինչեւ հունիսի 15-ը: Ռուս խաղաղապահները ուղղաթիռով թռիչքներ կազմակերպում են, ես տեղյակ չեմ՝ նրանք ինչ են տեղափոխում խաղաղապահ զորակազմի համար: Ենթադրում ենք, որ նաեւ սնունդ են տեղափոխում, բայց արցախցիների համար ռուս խաղաղապահների միջոցով հումանիտար բեռնափոխադրում չի իրականացվում»:
