ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի աջակցությամբ Երևանում կնշվի ՀՀ արխիվի 100–ամյակը

ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի աջակցությամբ Երևանում կնշվի ՀՀ արխիվի 100–ամյակը։ ՀՀ կառավարությունն այսօրվա նիստում հաստատեց Հայաստանի ազգային արխիվի 100-ամյակին նվիրված միջազգային գիտաժողով «Արխիվներ՝ մարդկության հիշողություն» ծրագրային առաջարկը։
ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի մասնակցության ծրագրերի (Participation Programms) 2022-2023 թթ շրջափուլում հաստատվել է «Հայաստանի ազգային արխիվ ՊՈԱԿ-ի կողմից ներկայացված այս առաջարկը, որի իրականացման համար 2022 թ. սեպտեմբերի 16-ին ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ–ն ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության հաշվին է փոխանցել մոտ 26 հազար դոլարին համարժեք 10 625 090 ՀՀ դրամ:
Ըստ այդմ` կառավարությունը փոփոխություններ, լրացումներ կատարեց «ՀՀ 2023 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին» օրենքում։
«Արխիվներ՝ մարդկության հիշողություն» խորագրով միջազգային գիտաժողովը նպատակաուղղված է արխիվային ոլորտում մշակութային քաղաքականության զարգացմանն ու արդիականացմանը՝ հիմք ընդունելով Արխիվների միջազգային խորհրդի և ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերը։ Այն նպատակ ունի նաև ամրապնդելու և պաշտպանելու ազգերի մշակութային ժառանգությունը և հազարամյակների պատմությունը։
Համաժողովը տեղի է ունենալու Երևանում նոյեմբերի 27-29-ը՝ պլենար նիստերի և պանելային քննարկումների տեսքով, առանցքային զեկույցներով և բաց բանավեճերով:
Գիտաժողովին հրավիրված է 32 առաջատար արխիվագետ, փորձագետ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ից, ICA-ից, Եվրասիայի անդամ երկրներից, ԱՊՀ, Եվրոպական, Ասիական երկրներից։
Այս ծրագրով նախատեսված միջոցառումը պետք է իրականացվի մինչև 2023թ. դեկտեմբերի 31-ը, որին հաջորդող մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում «Հայաստանի ազգային արխիվ ՊՈԱԿ-ի կողմից պետք է ներկայացվի ծախսերը հավաստող հաշվետվություն։
