Ռուսաստանը խիստ մտահոգություն է հայտնում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների և Լաչինի միջանցքի շարունակվող արգելափակման վերաբերյալ։ Այդ մասին այսօր՝ հուլիսի 6-ին, կայացած ամենաշաբաթյա ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՌԴ արտգործնախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան։
«Առկա տեղեկություններով հումանիտար իրավիճակը ԼՂ-ում վատթարանում է։ Ցավով պետք է արձանագրել, որ դեպի Ղարաբաղ մատակարարումների դադարեցումից հետո բնակչությունը կարող է մնալ առանց մթերքի, առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների և դեղորայքի։ Սա հակասում է Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների եռակողմ հայտարարություններին»,- ասաց նա։
Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը Բաքվին և Երևանին կոչ է անում բոլոր խնդիրները լուծել բացառապես քաղաքական ճանապարհով․ «Ադրբեջանին կոչ ենք անում ապաշրջափակել Լաչինի միջանցքը և ապավել դրանով քաղաքացիների, տրանպորտային միջոցների և բեռների անխոչընդոտ տեղաշարժը»։
Վերջին շրջանում ադրեբաջանական պետական լրատվամիջոցներն Արցախում ռազմական գործողություններ սկսելու տեղեկատվական նախապատրաստություն են իրականացնում։ Հարցին, թե հնարավոր էսկալացիայի դեպքում ռուս խաղաղապահները կպաշտպանեն արցախցիներին, Զախարովան պատասխանեց․ «Ռուս խաղաղապահների գործողությունները կհամապատասխանեն «գետնի վրա» իրավիճակի զարգացմանը»։
Մարիա Զախարովան նաև հայտնեց, որ Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Իգոր Խովաևն առաջիկայում կայցելի տարածաշրջան։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Ռուսաստանի միջնորդությամբ եռակողմ հանդիպմանը, նա նշեց․ «Եթե այդպիսի տեղեկություն լինի, մենք կհաղորդենք»։
