Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Միքայել Արզումանյանը կալանավայրից, բավականին հիմնավոր, արձագանքել է իշխանության և անձամբ Փաշինյանի` իր հասցեին հնչեցվող ծանր մեղադրանքներին:
Հիշեցնեմ, որ գեներալ Արզումանյանը ՊԲ հրամանատարությունը ստանձնեց հոկտեմբերի 27-ին, երբ ադրբեջանական ստորաբաժանումները տարբեր ուղղություններով և խորությամբ մխրճվել էին Արցախի տարածք և ռազմական իրադրությունը ծայրահեղ ծանր էր:
Հենց միայն այն հանգամանքը, որ նման բարդ և անհուսալի թվացող վիճակում Արզումանյանը համաձայնվեց ստանձնել հրամանատարությունն արդեն իսկ խոսում էր նրա անձնազոհության, կամքի ու չհանձնվելու մասին:
Հատկանշական է, որ իշխանությունը գեներալի դեմ կեղտոտ արշավ սկսելուց առաջ նրան ազատությունից զրկեց` խիստ սահմանափակելով Արզումանյանի պաշտպանվելու և պատերազմի ընթացքում իշխանության գործած ծանր հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ խոսելու հնարավորությունից:
44-օրյա պատերազմի մեծ թվով հանգամանքներ մնում են չբացահայտված, չմեկնաբանված, իսկ իշխանությունը մի կողմից խճճում է այն, մյուս կողմից համակարգված ձևով խմբագրում` փորձելով «մեղավորներ», «դավաճաններ», «դասալիքներ» նշանակելով սեփական կաշին փրկել:
Պատերազմի ընթացքում հատկապես առանցքային դիրքեր զբաղեցրած զինվորականները պետք է խոսեն, որպեսզի նվազագույնը թույլ չտան իշխանությանը` սրբագրելու իր պատասխանատվությունը, վարկաբեկելու բանակին և այն զինվորականներին, ովքեր ստեղծել, կայացրել ու ծանր ծառայությամբ բարձր են պահել բանակի պատիվը:
Ովքեր կլռեն` մտածելով, թե այդպես հնարավոր կլինի իշխանության «զոհի» չվերածվել կամ կրավորական կեցվածք կընդունեն, մեկ է` իշխանությունը ինչ-որ փուլում նաև նրանց հետևից կգնա:
Ես ինքս չեմ կարող ամբողջական գնահատական տալ պատերազմին ու դրա հանգամանքներին և այն գլխավոր հարցին, թե որ զինվորականը որ պահին ինչպես պետք է գործեր ու ինչպես է գործել, դեռ շատ դետալներ հայտնի չեն, սակայն այս իշխանության գործիք դարձած համակարգի վրա լրիվ այլ հրաման է իջեցված, այն է` բոլորի վրայով անցնելով փրկել Փաշինյանին:
