ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական վարույթով իրականացվում են քննչական և վարութային անհետաձգելի գործողություններ՝ զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու, ապօրինի կերպով օդաճնշիչ զենք կրելու, անչափահասներին մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
2023 թվականի հուլիսի 8-ին` ժամը 00:22-ին, քաղաքացուց հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Ջրվեժ գյուղում գտնվող ռեստորաններից մեկի մոտ անհայտ անձինք երեխաներին հրավիրել են ռեստորանից դուրս և նրանցից երեք հոգու գազային զենքով վնասվածքներ հասցրել:
Ահազանգով անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով և 334-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակներում երեք անչափահասները ճանաչվել են տուժող:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ դեպքի օրը, անձանական հարցերի պարզաբանման նպատակով, նախապես պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, անչափահասների և մի խումբ անձանց (նախնական տվյալներով՝ ևս անչափահասներ) միջև վիճաբանություն է սկսվել, ինչը վեր է ածվել ծեծկռտուքի։ Այդ ընթացքում անչափահասների հետ վիճաբանողներից մեկը, ավտոմեքենայից վերցնելով օդաճնշիչ ատրճանակը, կրակոցներ է արձակել նրանց ուղությամբ՝ երկուսին պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են քննչական անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ, այդ թվում՝ դեպքի վայրի զննություն։ Հոգեբանի և օրինական ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ տուժած անչափահասները հարցաքննվել են։ Վերջիններիս նկատմամբ նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ, սակայն նրանք հրաժարվել են ներկայանալ և ենթարկվել դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության:
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ միջադեպին մասնակից անձանց ամբողջական շրջանակը պարզելու, նրանց հայտնաբերելու, վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու, յուրաքանչյուրի գործողություններին իրավական գնահատական տալու, հանցագործության գործիք օդաճնշիչ ատրճանակը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
