Արցախում վառելիքի սղության պատճառով հանրային տրանսպորտը գործում է գերծանրաբեռնված

Հունիսի 15-ից ընդհանրապես Արցախ չի մատակարարվում վառելիք և, արդեն լրջագույն խնդիրներ են առաջացել ներքին տեղաշարժի հետ կապված: Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբից հայտնում են, որ հաշվի առնելով Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախը լիակատար շրջափակման մեջ առնելու հետևանքով առաջացած վառելիքի սուր սղությունը՝ որոշում է կայացվել զգալիորեն կրճատել ներհանրապետական հանրային տրանսպորտի տեղաշարժը։
Հուլիսի 8-ից Ստեփանակերտի, իսկ 10-ից՝ նաև միջհամայնքային երթուղիները գործում են հատուկ ռեժիմով։ Այս մասին ասել է ԱՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Վլադիմիր Հարությունյանը։
«Վառելիքի առկա պաշարների ռացիոնալ հաշվառումից և խնայողաբար օգտագործման անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով՝ ԱՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության կողմից համապատասխան հաշվարկներ իրականացնելուց հետո հանգել ենք այս օպտիմալ տարբերակին: Այս առումով հիմնականում տուժել է քաղաքային տրանսպորտով երթևեկող բնակչությունը։ Ավելի քիչ փոփոխություններ են կատարվել ներշրջանային տրանսպորտի գրաֆիկում»,-մանրամասնել է Վ. Հարությունյանը։
Նա իրազեկել է, որ շաբաթ և կիրակի օրերին մայրաքաղաքում կգործեն միայն Աջափնյակ թաղամասի և Նոր Արեշի ուղղություններով գործող երթուղիները։ Իսկ քաղաքի ներսում գործողները կաշխատեն ծանրաբեռնված ժամերին։
Մասնավոր մեքենաների շարժը գրեթե ամբողջությամբ դադարել է, քանի որ շարքային քաղաքացիներին այլևս վառելիք չի տրամադրվում: Արդյունքում մարդկանց ներքին տեղաշարժի հիմնական միջոցը մնացել է հանրային տրանսպորտը, որն էլ խիստ կրճատված չվացուցակով է գործում:
