ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի նախկին համանախագահ Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը վաղաժամ է համարում ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանի հայտարարությունն այն մասին, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները հնարավոր է համարում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերի անվտանգ կյանքն Ադրբեջանի կազմում։

NEWS.am-ի «ՈՒԺԻ ԳՈՐԾՈՆ» հաղորդման եթերում պաշտոնաթող դիվանագետի շեշտել է՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդին նախ պետք է անվտանգության և իրավունքների պաշտպանության երաշխիքներ տրամադրվեն։

«Ինձ ծանոթ չէ ԱՄՆ դեսպանի խոսքերի ողջ համատեքստը։ Կարծում եմ, որ դեռ վաղաժամ է նման հայտարարություններ անելը. Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդին անվտանգության երաշխիքներ պետք է տրամադրվեն և, վստահաբար, խոսք չպետք է գնա էթնիկ զտման մասին։ Այս հարցը պետք է լուծվի ամենաբարձր մակարդակում՝ նախագահ Ալիևը պետք է երաշխիքներ տրամադրի, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում էթնիկ զտում չի լինելու, և որ ինքը հարգելու է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի իրավունքներն ու պատրաստ է որոշակի կարգավիճակ առաջարկել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդին Ադրբեջանի կազմում»,- շեշտեց Մինսկի խմբում ԱՄՆ նախկին համանախագահը՝ հավելելով՝ այս ամենը դեռ պետք է իրականություն դառնա։

Ուորլիքի դիտարկմամբ՝ կարգավորման մաս կազմող մի շարք այլ հարցերում, ինչպիսիք են հաղորդակցությունների և տրանսպորտային ուղիների ապաշրջափակումը, ևս պետք է երաշխիքներ տրվեն, իսկ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովուրդը պետք է լիովին ընդունի այն իրողությունը, որ իրենց իրավունքները պաշտպանված են լինելու ապագայում։

«Հաշվի առնելով Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների պատմությունը՝ երկու կողմն էլ, իհարկե, շատ թերահավատ են և վերապահումներ ունեն այս հարցում, բայց էթնիկ զտման մասին ցանկացած խոսակցություն պետք է իսպառ դուրս գա օրակարգից, և երաշխիքներ տրվեն, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովուրդը լիարժեք պաշտպանված կլինի և կունենա բոլոր իրավունքներն Ադրբեջանի կազմում»,- նշեց Ուորլիքը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ օրեր առաջ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում, անդրադառնալով կարծիքներին, որ Արցախն Ադրբեջանի կազմում թողնելու դեպքում հայերի անվտանգ և պաշտպանված կյանքը ֆիզիկապես անհնար կլինի, ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Քրիստինա Քվինն արձագանքել էր՝ Միացյալ Նահանգները հավատում է և հույս ունի, որ դա հնարավոր է։ Ավելի ուշ «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան ԱՄՆ դեսպանությունից պարզաբանեցին, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ապագայի վերաբերյալ բանակցությունների արդյունքներ չի կանխորոշում, այլ աջակցում է համաձայնության կայացմանը, որը կլինի տևական, կայուն և հիմքեր կապահովի խաղաղության համար։ Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը, արձագանքելով ԱՄՆ դեսպանի հայտարարությանը, շեշտել էր, որ միջնորդների մոտեցումները չպետք է կանխորոշեն բանակցությունների արդյունքը։

«Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի ժողովրդի նկատմամբ ակնհայտ ցեղասպանական մտադրությամբ իրականացվող նվաճողական և էթնիկ զտման քաղաքականության, շարունակվող անմարդկային շրջափակման, բռնության և ագրեսիայի կրկնվող դեպքերի, աճող ատելության խոսքի և ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանության պայմաններում նմանատիպ հայտարարությունները հիշեցնում են ագրեսորին հանդարտեցնելու քաղաքականություն։ Ինչպես ցույց է տալիս պատմական փորձը, ագրեսորի հանդարտեցումը վերջինիս կողմից ընկալվում է որպես իր ապակառուցողական քաղաքականության խրախուսում, ինչը հանգեցնում է միայն հետագա բռնությունների և մարդկային տառապանքների»,- շեշտել էր Արցախի Հանրապետության արտգործնախարարությունը։
