«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, թեև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ջանք, եռանդ ու ռեսուրս չի խնայելու, որ ՔՊ-ն հաղթի սեպտեմբերին կայանալիք Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններում, բայց, հաշվի առնելով Տիգրան Ավինյանի «վարչապետական» պահվածքը, երբ արդեն գրեթե բաց դիրքավորվում է որպես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «իրավահաջորդ», վերջինս որոշել է շատ հետաքրքիր վերադասավորումներ անել։ Քննարկվում են մի քանի սցենարներ: Սցենարներից մեկը վերաբերում է հետընտրական պրոցեսներին: Բոլորի, այդ թվում՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար ակնհայտ է, որ ՔՊ-ն ո՛չ տեսականորեն, ո՛չ գործնականորեն 50 տոկոս ձայն հավաքել պարզապես չի կարող, ավելին՝ շատ հեռու է այդ ցուցանիշից:

Ի դեպ, մեր տեղեկություններով, հենց Տիգրան Ավինյանն է պնդել, որ ՔՊ-ն միայնակ, առանց դաշինքի գնա ընտրությունների: Ըստ այդմ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձելու է մերձիշխանական մի քանի ուժերի անցկացնել ավագանու կազմ, որպեսզի, երբ հերթը հասնի ավագանու կազմից քաղաքապետ ընտրելուն, միավորեն իրենց քվեները ՔՊ-ի հետ: Բայց քանի որ նույն այդ մերձիշխանականների մեծ մասը կտրուկ դեմ է Ավինյանին, որն, ըստ էության, վիժեցրել է ՔՊ-ի հետ դաշինքի կազմում հեշտ ու հանգիստ Երևանի կառավարման մասնաբաժին ստանալու նրանց երազանքը, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի խուսափել ֆորսմաժորային իրավիճակներից, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձելու է ցուցակում այնպիսի 2-րդ, 3-րդ համար ունենալ, որ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում հնարավոր լինի ներկայացնել որպես այլընտրանք:

Ընդ որում, խոսքը այնպիսի թեկնածուի (թեկնածուների) մասին է, որը բոլորի համար անհայտ լինի, ինչպես ժամանակին, ասենք, Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը։ Այդ է պատճառը, որ այս օրերին ակտիվ բանակցություններ են ընթանում քաղաքական դաշտում որևէ ներկայությամբ աչքի չընկած, բայց որոշակի ոլորտներում հեղինակություն ունեցող անձանց հետ` ՔՊ նախընտրական եռյակում ընդգրկվելու համար։
