«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
u-f.ru-ն «Քաղաքագետ Շպակովսկին բացահայտել է Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ-ի նպատակները» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Վաշինգտոնը ձգտում է վերացնել ռուսական ռազմական ներկայությունը Անդրկովկասում, ինչպես նաև հասնել ԵԱՏՄ-ից և ՀԱՊԿ-ից Հայաստանի դուրս գալուն։ Նման կարծիք է հայտնել բելառուս քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Ալեքսանդր Շպակովսկին իր Տելեգրամ-ալիքում։ Նրա խոսքով, ներկայում Հայաստանում կարելի է տեսնել, թե ինչպես են բարեփոխվում արտաքին հետախուզական կառույցները, և ԱՄՆ-ը փորձում է այդ գործընթացում «ձեռքը զարկերակի վրա պահել»։ Վաշինգտոնի ակտիվությունը դրսևորվում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման միջնորդության տեսքով։
Փաստացի դա ուղղված է հայ-ադրբեջանական հակասությունների ողջ սպեկտրի լուծմանը, ինչպես նաև Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրմանը, բայց այդ ամենն արվում է մեկ նպատակով, այն է՝ դուրս մղել ռուսական ռազմական ներկայությունը Անդրկովկասից և համոզել Երևանին՝ դուրս գալ ԵԱՏՄ-ից և ՀԱՊԿ-ից։ Շպակովսկին վստահ է, որ քանի դեռ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան հոգու հանգստություն չեն ստացել, ԱՄՆ-ը չի կարող հասնել իր նպատակին։ Ուստի, ամերիկյան վարչակազմը կգործադրի իր առավելագույն ջանքերը, որպեսզի Երևանը Ղարաբաղի նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունը փոխանցի Ադրբեջանին։
Եվ այդ դեպքում, ինչպես նշել է փորձագետը, դժվարություններ կարող են առաջանալ հայ հասարակության արձագանքի անկանխատեսելիության պատճառով։ Եվ դա այն դեպքում, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և Հայաստանի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը դրական են վերաբերվում Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցնելու հարցին։ Բացի այդ, հավելել է Շպակովսկին, դրան պատրաստ չէ նաև հայկական սփյուռքը, որը լոբբիստական հզոր հնարավորություններ ունի արևմտյան երկրներում, այդ թվում ԱՄՆ-ում։
