Թուրքիան ձգտում է առավել նպաստավոր իրավիճակում հայտնվել եւ ունի տնտեսական խնդիրներ: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Դանիելյանը:
«Թուրքիայում ընտրություններից հետո հետաքրքիր էր տեսնել, թե ովքեր են լինելու նոր կաբինետում, հիմնականում նոր կաբինետում հայտնվեցին մարդիկ, որոնք հակված են դեպի Արեւմուտք, եւ դա պատահական չէ: Այս տարիների ընթացքում Թուրքիան Ռուսաստանից ստացավ առավելագույնը, հիմա պետք է ստանա Արեւմուտքից: Այսինքն Թուրքիան շատ սուվերեն քաղաքականություն է վարում՝ իր ազգային շահերից ելնելով: Թուրքիան գազային հաբ դարձան, ատոմակայան ստացավ Ռուսաստանից, Հարավային Կովկասում ստացավ ազդեցության ոլորտ, Միջին Ասիայում եւ Ռուսաստանի տարածքում իր մշակութային եւ ոչ միայն մշակութային ազդեցությունը մեծացրեց: Թուրքիան Ադրբեջանում ունի լեգիտիմ ռազմական ներկայություն եւ ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների արդեն կարող է երեք բազա ստեղծել: Այդ բազաներից մեկը կարող է լինել Կասպից ծովի ափին, իսկ դա լրջորեն մտահոգելու է ՌԴ-ին եւ Իրանին»,-ասաց Դանիելյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այդքանից հետո հիմա էլ Թուրքիան ցանկանում է իր տնտեսական խնդիրները լուծել Արեւմուտքի հետ սերտացնելով հարաբերությունները, այդ թվում ԵՄ-ի հետ ավելի սերտ համագործակցությամբ:
«Նաեւ Թուրքիային խոստացան ամերիկյան F-16 ինքնաթիռներ: Հիմա թե որքանով կսրվեն ռուս-ուկրաինական հարաբերությունները, դեռ պարզ չէ, բայց Թուրքիան գիտի ինչ է ուզում, իսկ Ռուսաստանն ու Իրանը դեռ չեն կողմնորոշվում, թե ինչ քաղաքականություն վարեն Թուրքիայի հետ: Երկրորդ ճակատ բացելը շատ վտանգավոր է Ռուսաստանի համար, բայց դա վտանգավոր է նաեւ Թուրքիայի համար; Սա կարող է բերել նրան, որ Իրան-ՌԴ համագործակցությունն էլ ավելի խորանա, որտեղ կա նաեւ ռազմական համագործակցություն»,-ասաց քաղաքագետը:
