Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնին՝ Ազգային տոնի առթիվ: Ուղերձում ասված է.

«Մեծարգո պարոն նախագահ,  թանկագին Էմանուել,

Հայ ժողովրդի և անձամբ իմ անունից ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և եղբայրական Ֆրանսիայի ժողովրդին Ազգային տոնի կապակցությամբ։

Ավելի քան երկու դար առաջ՝ 1789 թվականի հուլիսի 14ին ֆրանսիացիները, համախմբվելով ազատության, հավասարության և եղբայրության արժեքների գերակայության վեհ գաղափարների շուրջ, համաժողովրդական կամքի հաղթանակն ամրագրեցին համաշխարհային պատմագրության էջերում և  Մարդու և քաղաքացու իրավունքների հռչակագրով ժամանակակից աշխարհի համար ուրվագծեցին հիմնարար ազատությունների և ժողովրդավարության ուղին։

Ֆրանսիայի դավանած՝ համամարդկային նշանակություն ունեցող բարձր արժեքները ոգեշնչման աղբյուր են հանդիսացել նաև Ձեր երկրում ապաստան գտած՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանությունից փրկված բազմաթիվ հայորդիների համար։ Հանուն Ֆրանսիայի և նրա ազատության, հանուն համամարդկային արժեքների պաշտպանության սեփական կյանքը նվիրաբերած Միսաք Մանուշյանը  լավագույնս է մարմնավորում Ֆրանսիայի հանդեպ հայ ժողովրդի շնորհակալ վերաբերմունքն ու ազատության համար մաքառման նրա արդար մղումները։

Օգտվելով առիթից՝ երախտագիտություն եմ հայտնում Դիմադրության շարժման հերոս Միսաք Մանուշյանի աճյունը Պանթեոն տեղափոխելու՝ Ձեր պատմական որոշման համար։ Այն մեծագույն պատիվ է ողջ հայ ժողովրդի համար, քանզի Մանուշյանը և նրա զինակիցները բռնատիրության դեմ հաղթանակի ճանապարհին Ֆրանսիայի աննկուն պայքարի խորհրդանիշ դարձան:

Հայաստանը բարձր է գնահատում մեր երկու պետությունների միջև հաստատված առանձնաշնորհյալ հարաբերությունները, ինչի վառ դրսևորումներն են բարձրաստիճան քաղաքական սերտ երկխոսությունն ու բոլոր ոլորտներում դինամիկ զարգացող փոխգործակցությունը։

Երախտապարտ ենք Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի արդարացի և տևական կարգավորման գործընթացում Ձեր կողմից գործադրվող  նշանակալի և շարունակական ջանքերի և Հայաստանի առջև ծառացած անվտանգային մարտահրավերներին դիմագրավելու ուղղությամբ Ձեր կարևոր աջակցության համար։ Առանձնահատուկ արժևորում ենք Ֆրանսիայի ուշադրությունն ու ջանքերը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վտանգված պատմամշակութային ժառանգության պահպանության հարցում։

Վերստին շնորհավորելով Ձեզ Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության Ազգային տոնի առթիվ՝ մաղթում եմ հաջողություններ Ձեր կարևոր առաքելությունում և վերահաստատում պետական այցով առաջիկայում Հայաստանում Ձեզ հյուրընկալելու իմ հրավերը:
