ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 195-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով և 297-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացված նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2022 թվականի հունիսի 30-ին՝ ժամը 13:50-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Վ. Սարգսյան փողոցում՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության դիմաց, զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողների կողմից իրականացվող ակցիայի ժամանակ Երևանի 48-ամյա բնակիչ Գ.Գալեյանը և նրա եղբայրը՝ Ա․Գալեյանը, հասարակական կարգը կոպիտ կերպով խախտելու ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ, հասարակության նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելով, օգտագործելով այն առիթը, որ վավերագրական ֆիլմի նկարահանումների իրականացման նպատակով ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության շենքի դիմաց գտնվող Դ․ Ս․-ն չի կատարում նկարահանումները դադարեցնելու իր պահանջները, նրան ցուցարարների, լրագրողների, ոստիկանների մոտ ստորացնելու նպատակով, իր ձեռքում գտնվող շշի պարունակությունը ցուցադրաբար լցրել է վերջինիս գլխին: Այնուհետև իր եղբոր և մի շարք անձանց հետ հայհոյանքներ և այլ անպարկեշտ արտահայտություններ հնչեցնելով՝ հարձակվել են Դ. Ս․-ի վրա, պատռել նրա վերնաշապիկը, բազմաթիվ հարվածներ հասցրել վերջինիս մարմնի տարբեր մասերին:

Արդյունքում խախտվել է մարդկանց անդորրը, իսկ Դ. Ստեփանյանին պատճառվել են առողջության թեթև վնասի հատկանիշներ չպարունակող մարմնական վնասվածքներ և ուժեղ ֆիզիկական ցավ:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա Գ․ և Ա․ Գալեյանների նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում, և նրանց մեղադրանքներ են  ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 195-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել բացակայելու արգելքը։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։

Ծանուցում. հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանվծկարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
