Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը նախօրեին կրկին հանդես է եկել Մոսկվայի դիրքորոշումից տարբերվող հայտարարությամբ։ 

Նկատենք, որ Կրեմլի հետ տարաձայնությունները սրվել են այս շաբաթ դեպի Արևմուտք՝ Անկարայի վերակողմնորոշման ֆոնին՝ կապված ՆԱՏՕ-ին Շվեդիայի անդամակցությանը Թուրքիայի դրական որոշմամբ։

Էրդողանը, մասնավորապես, երեկ կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում ասել է, որ ինքը և Պուտինը «հացահատիկային գործարքի» վերաբերյալ ունեն ընդհանուր դիրքորոշում և որ երկուսն էլ կարծում են, թե համաձայնագիրը պետք է երկարաձգվի, գրում է Reuters-ը։ 

Մինչդեռ, ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովն ի պատասխան ասել է. «Մենք այդ հարցով հայտարարություններ չենք արել»։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, երկու ղեկավարների վերջին հրապարակային հայտարարությունները վկայում են նրանց դիրքորոշումների լուրջ տարբերությունների մասին։ Եթե ​​Էրդողանը հույսը դնում է գործարքի երկարաձգման վրա, ապա Պուտինը հինգշաբթի ասել է, որ Մոսկվան կարող է «կասեցնել» իր մասնակցությունը գործարքին։ 

Պուտինի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանը բազմիցս երկարացրել է գործարքը, իսկ արևմտյան երկրները չեն կատարել դրա հետ կապված խոստումները։ Ռուսաստանի առաջնորդը նշել է, որ Մոսկվան կհամաձայնի գործարքի երկարաձգմանը, եթե պահանջները կատարվեն։

Reuters-ը հիշեցնում է, որ Թուրքիան սկսեց Մոսկվային ոչ դուրեկան որոշումներ ընդունել անցյալ շաբաթվա վերջին։ 

Հուլիսի 7-8-ին Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու՝ Թուրքիա կատարած այցի ժամանակ Էրդողանը Ուկրաինայի նախագահին է փոխանցել «Ազովի» հրամանատարներին, որոնք Ռուսաստանի հետ համաձայնագրի պայմաններով պետք է մնային Թուրքիայում մինչև պատերազմի ավարտը։ Զելենսկին նրանց տարել է Ուկրաինա։ 

Զելենսկու նույն այցի ժամանակ Էրդողանն ասել է, որ Ուկրաինան արժանի է ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցելուն։ Թուրքիայի նախագահի հայտարարությունից հետո Պուտինը կրկնել է, որ ներխուժման պատճառներից մեկն Ուկրաինայի հնարավոր մուտքն է դաշինք։

Միաժամանակ Էրդողանը հայտարարել է, որ Պուտինը օգոստոսին կայցելի Թուրքիա։ Սա անակնկալ էր Մոսկվայի համար։ Պեսկովը, մեկնաբանելով Էրդողանի խոսքերը, ասել է, որ Պուտինի՝ Թուրքիա այցի ժամկետն անհայտ է։

Այս շաբաթվա սկզբին Էրդողանը փոխեց իր դիրքորոշումը Շվեդիայի՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցելու հարցում՝ համաձայնելով սկանդինավյան այդ երկրի՝ դաշինքին միանալուն, մինչդեռ մինչև վերջերս նախապայմաններ էր առաջ քաշում ու բոյկոտում այդ գաղափարը։ Պեսկովն ասել է, որ Շվեդիայի անդամակցությունը ՆԱՏՕ-ին բացասական հետեւանքներ կունենա Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության համար։

Հուլիսի 10-ին Ուկրաինայի ռազմավարական արդյունաբերության նախարար Ալեքսանդր Կամիշինը հայտարարեց, որ երկրում սկսվել է թուրքական անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի արտադրության գործարանի կառուցումը։ Այն կհավաքի «Բայրաքտար» անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր, որոնք ակտիվորեն օգտագործվում են Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի կողմից պատերազմում։ Այդ համատեքստում, Կրեմլի խոսնակը հույս է հայտնել, որ Թուրքիայի և Ուկրաինայի հարաբերությունների զարգացումն ուղղված չի լինի Ռուսաստանի դեմ։

Հատկանշական է, որ Ռուսաստանի՝ Ուկրաինա ներխուժումից հետո Անկարան չմիացավ Մոսկվայի դեմ սահմանված պատժամիջոցներին։ Դրանով պայմանավորված ՌԴ ղեկավարությունը Թուրքիային անվանեց բարեկամ երկիր և Ռուսաստանի կարևոր գործընկեր։
