Մեկ շաբաթում ադրբեջանական կողմը Արցախում 5 անգամ խախտել է հրադադարի ռեժիմը

2023 թվականի հուլիսի 10-ից 17-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ոստիկանության կենտրոնական ու տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների հերթապահ մասերում հանցագործությունների և իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ գրանցվել է 29 հաղորդում, որից 17-ը հանցագործությունների մասին է: Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ միջոցառումների արդյունքում՝ դրանցից 13-ն արդեն բացահայտվել և քննության փուլում է:
Քրեական հետախուզության վարչության և տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ծառայողների համատեղ իրականացված հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում` շաբաթվա ընթացքում բացահայտվել է թմրանյութի ապօրինի շրջանառության, աճեցման և իրացման շուրջ 2 դեպք։
Բացահայտվել է հերթապահ մասում գրանցված վիճաբանությունների և դրանց հետևանքով միմյանց մարմնական վնասվածք հասցնելու 11 դեքից 10-ը: Հասարակական կարգը կոպիտ խախտած անձինք բերման են ենթարկվել ոստիկանություն։
Յոթ օրվա ընթացքում բացահայտվել է նաև անձնական ունեցվածքի և բնակարանային գողությունների, ինչպես նաև խուլիգանություն բնութագրմամբ մեկական դեպքեր: ՆԳ նախարարությունը միջոցներ է ձեռնարկում անբացահայտ մնացած մյուս հանցագործությունների, այդ թվում՝ նշված ժամանակահատվածում համակարգչային հանցագործության մեկ դեպքի բացահայտման ուղղությամբ։
Շաբաթվա ընթացքում ոստիկանության ծառայողներն ապահովել են Ստեփանակերտի Վերածննդի հրապարակում կայացած խաղաղ հանրահավաքի և երթի մասնակիցների անվտանգությունը:
Ադրբեջանական կողմը 5 անգամ կոպտորեն խախտել է հրադադարի պահպանման ռեժիմը, թիրախավորել և կրակել է քաղաքացիական անձանց ու բնակավայրերի ուղղությամբ: Բարեբախտաբար ոչ ոք չի տուժել: Հաղորդումը փոխանցվել է ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմին:
Հուլիսի 10-ից 17-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ճանապարհային ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնում գրանցվել է 6 արձանագրություն. Տեղի է ունեցել ՃՏ 3 պատահար, որից երկուսը՝ նյութական, մեկը՝ մարմնական վնասով: Պատահարներից 1 անձ դիմել է բուժհաստատություն։ Առանց վարորդական վկայականի տրանսպորտային միջոց է շահագործել 1 վարորդ ևս մեկը՝ եղել է անսթափ վիճակում:
