Միջազգային դերակատարները` յուրաքանչյուրն իր ձևով ու շուստրիությամբ, փորձում են նախապես իրենց սրբագրել արցախյան ողբերգությունից:
 
Հավաքական արևմուտքը ցույց է տալիս, թե մեծ ջանքեր է գործադրում Արցախի հարցի հանգուցալուծման համար, իսկ իրականում Արցախի համար խաղաղ ադրբեջանացում է ապահովում, ռուսներն ասում էին, թե մենք հայկական Արցախ էինք առաջարկում, բայց հայաստանյան իշխանությունը ամեն գնով հանձնում է:
 
Այն, որ հայաստանյան իշխանությունը թուրքական օրակարգեր է սպասարկում, հանրության մեծամասնությունը կասկած չունի, սակայն միջազգային դերակատարները պետք է գիտակցեն, որ իրենց այս քաղաքականությունը բերելու է նրանցից ոմանց ռեգիոնալ վախճանին:
 
Եթե ՌԴ-ից ուզում են համոզել, որ իրենց մոտ չի ստացվում զուտ այն պատճառով, որ հայաստանյան իշխանությունը չի ուզում, ապա ակնհայտ է, որ ՌԴ-ն իր ազդեցության տարածաշրջաններում միայն կոնկրետ երկրների ցանկություններով չի առաջնորդվում:
Ի վերջո, ռուս զինվորներն Արցախում են ու նրանց աչքի առաջ ոչ միայն թաղվում է ռուսական միջնորդական առաքելությունը, այլ ճանապարհ է հարթվում ՌԴ-ի` տարածաշրջանից դուրս հրելու գործընթացին:
 
Դեռ չեմ խոսում ադրբեջանցիների` Ռուսաստանին արժեզրկելու, վարկաբեկելու և ծաղրելու վարքագծին:
 
Ու որքան էլ ուկրաինական ճակատն առաջնային է ռուսների համար, պետք է գիտակցել, որ կան բաներ, որ հետո արդեն ուշ է լինելու, որովհետև գնացքն արդեն շարժվում է:
