Աբովյանում տարեց կնոջ սպանության գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 2 անձի

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է շահադիտական դրդումներով և ավազակությամբ զուգորդված Աբովյան քաղաքի բնակչուհի Ռ. Մարգարյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: 2014 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 10-ին ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ Աբովյան քաղաքի Ռոսիա փողոցի 4 շենքի բնակարաններից մեկի լոգարանում հայտնաբերվել է տանտիրուհու դին՝ բռնության հետքերով։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, դեպքի առթիվ Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են 1944 թվականին ծնված տանտիրուհու՝ Ռ. Մարգարյանի սպանության հանգամանքները, եղանակը, առերևույթն հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը։
Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 1991 թվականին ծնված Հակոբյանը, ունենալով ֆինանսական խնդիրներ, ընկերոջը՝ 1988 թվականին ծնված Բաբայանին, առաջարկել է գողություն կատարել իր ծանոթի բնակարանից՝ ասելով, որ առավոտյան իր ծանոթը գնում է համալսարան՝ դասերի, եղբայրը՝ դպրոց, իսկ ծնողներն աշխատանքի, և տանը մնում է միայն նրանց տատիկը` Ռաիսա Մարգարյանը։
Նախնական պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, վերցնելով դանակ և ձեռնոցներ, 2014 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 10-ին` ժամը 09:30-ի սահմաններում, երիտասարդները գնացել են Աբովյան քաղաքի բնակչուհի Ռ. Մարգարյանին պատկանող բնակարան, թակել դուռը, տանտիրուհու կողմից դուռը բացելուց հետո ներս են մտել ու պահանջել իրենց տալ գումար և ոսկեղեն:
Քննությամբ բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Հակոբյանը բռունցքով հարվածել է կնոջ գլխի ծոծրակային շրջանին, այնուհետև Բաբայանն իր հետ նախապես վերցրած մետաղյա դանակի բռնակի հետնամասով հարվածներ է հասցրել Ռ. Մարգարյանի գլխին: Օգնություն կանչած տարեց կնոջը տարել են լոգարան և սրբիչը փաթաթելով նրա պարանոցին՝ խեղդամահ արել՝ ապօրինաբար դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկելով Ռ. Մարգարյանին: Բնակարանից հափշտակելով 12.000 ՀՀ մետաղադրամ, 200.000 ՀՀ թղթադրամ և ոսկյա զարդեր՝ երիտասարդները դեպքի վայրից դիմել են փախուստի:
Մինչդատական վարույթի ընթացքում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա Հ. Հակոբյանին և Վ. Բաբայանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ և 8-րդ կետերով: Նրանց նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին, մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատվել է, և գործն ուղարկվել Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան:
