Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահն արդեն որերորդ անգամ միջազգային հանրության և  միջկառավարական ինստիտուտների ուշադրությունն է հրավիրում Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության կողմից մարդու նկատմամբ աննախադեպ բռնության, մարդկության դեմ զանգվածային հանցագործության փաստերի վրա:

Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱՀ ԱԺ-ից:

«Շուրջ 3000 քառակուսի կիլոմետր տարածքում ստեղծելով ամենաբարդ համակենտրոնացման ճամբարը, Ադրբեջանը 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ից Արցախի (ԼՂՀ) Հանրապետության  քաղաքացիների վրա փորձարկում է գիտության վերջին ձեռքբերումները՝ ուղղված մի ամբողջ ժողովրդի՝Արցախի Հանրապետության հայ բնակչության ապամարդկայնացմանը։

Ազատատենչ երկրի 120+30 (բռնի տեղահանված) հազարանոց բնակչությունը 8 ամիս շարունակ ամեն օր ենթարկվում է նվաստացման, սովի և ֆիզիկական բնաջնջման սպառնալիքների, ապրում է առանց էլեկտրաէներգիայի, գազի, վառելիքի և դեղորայքի։ Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմից հետո, երբ միջազգային հանրությունը դատապարտեց և միջազգային իրավունքում ամրագրեց դրույթներ, որոնք ապագայում բացառում էին ֆաշիստական Գերմանիայի ոճրագործությունների կրկնությունը, դժվար էր պատկերացնել, որ 21-րդ դարում մեր ժողովուրդը կկանգնի  բնաջնջման նոր մեթոդներով՝ ֆիզիկական ոչնչացման վտանգի առջև, և այդ ամենը նույնիսկ չի արժանանա միջազգային հանրության միջամտությանը՝ մարդկային մեծ ողբերգությունը կանխելու նպատակով:

Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահն ահազանգում է՝ ապավինելով բոլոր նրանց խղճին, ումից կախված է Ադրբեջանի քաղաքական ղեկավարության կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերի նկատմամբ մարդկության դեմ կատարված սարսափելի հանցագործությունը կանխելու որոշման ընդունումը:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, հաշվի առնելով ագրեսոր երկրի կողմից իր անկախությունը ինքնահռչակած պետությունների նկատմամբ բռնությանն ու ագրեսիային վերաբերող միջազգային իրավունքի դրույթները, կոչ ենք անում պատասխանատու և պրոֆիլային միջազգային միջկառավարական ինստիտուտներին գործարկել Արցախի Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչման գործընթացը՝ որպես ցեղասպանության և հայրենիքից մեր ժողովրդի բռնի տեղահանման կանխարգելման ամենագործուն ուղին:

Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը  կոչ է անում միջազգային միջկառավարական ինստիտուտներին հատուկ քրեական տրիբունալ հիմնել Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության նկատմամբ՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության  տարածքում ժամանակակից համակենտրոնացման ճամբար ստեղծելու հանցագործության համար, որը պարբերաբար ոչնչացնում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնիկ ժողովուրդ հանդիսացող բնակչությանը:

Արցախի Հանրապետության  Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը  լիահույս է, որ մեր ժողորդի կողմից ընտրված Գերագույն մարմնի ուղերձն անարձագանք չի մնա, և միջազգային հանրությունն ու միջկառավարական ինստիտուտները անձնատուր չեն լինի ագրեսորներին և մարդասպաններին, այլ տեր կկանգնի Արցախի Հանրապետության  ժողովրդին:

Արցախի խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը համոզված է,որ վերը նշված վտանգներից խուսափելու միակ միջոցը Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության ճանաչումն է՝ « ճանաչում հանուն փրկության » սկզբունքի հիման վրա»:
