Վառելիքի պակասով պայմանավորված, Արցախում գրեթե կաթվածահար է ներհանրապետական տրանսպորտի գերծունեությունը

Արցախի շրջափակումը չշրջանցեց նաև ԱՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության կողմից համակարգվող ոլորտները: «Արցախպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին այսօր` հուլիսի 19֊ին տված հարցազրույցի ժամանակ ասել է ԱՀ ՏԿԵ նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Վլադիմիր Հարությունյանը:
«Մենք ինչ-որ տեղ եղանք դիմակայման առաջամարտիկը. երբ 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Ադրբեջանի այսպես կոչված էկոակտիվիստները փակեցին կյանքի ճանապարհը, առաջին հարվածը հասցվեց տրանսպորտի(Ստեփանակերտ-Երևան, Երևան-Ստեփանակերտ, Մարտակերտ-Երևան, Մարտունի-Երևան և այլ երթուղիներով) ոլորտին։ Իրավիճակն ավելի խորացավ էներգետիկայի բլոկում, երբ հունվարի 12-ին Ադրբեջանն ինչ-ինչ հանգամանքներում խափանեց Հայաստանից Արցախին էլեկտրաէներգիա մատակարարող բարձրավոլտ օդային գծի աշխատանքը, և հոսանքազրկվեց Արցախի Հանրապետությունը` փաստացի անցնելով սեփական խիստ սահմանափակ ռեսուրսների հաշվին էներգիայի արտադրությանը և սպառմանը: Ճգնաժամը սաստկացավ, երբ մարտի 21-ին Ադրբեջանը դադարեցրեց Արցախի գազամատակարարումը, և այս առումով մենք հերթական սուր հարվածը ստացանք` այն իմաստով, որ գազով աշխատող հիմնարկ֊ձեռնարկությունները ստիպված գործունեությունը շարունակեցին էլեկտրաէներգիայի հաշվին` բնականաբար, ունենալով հետևանքներ։ Շոշափելի վնասներ է կրել նաև հեռահաղորդակցության և կապի ոլորտը»,- մանրամասնել է Վ. Հարությունյանը` հավելելով, որ անում են հնարավորը բոլոր ճյուղերում քաղաքացիների հոգսը քիչ թե շատ թեթևացնելու համար:
Անդրադառնալով տրանսպորտի ոլորտին` փոխնախարարը նշել է, որ վառելիքի պակասով պայմանավորված, Արցախում գրեթե կաթվածահար է ներհանրապետական տրանսպորտի գերծունեությունը։
«Ինչպես տեղյակ եք, մայրաքաղաքում բացի երկու երթուղիներից, որոնք ծայրամասային թաղամասերն են սպասարկում, դադարեցված է հասարակայան տրանսպորտի շահագործումը. զգալիորեն կրճատվել է նաև միջշրջանային երթուղիների շահագործումը»,- ներկայացրել է Վ. Հարությունյանը` ընդգծելով, որ օրեցօր իրավիճակը վատթարանում է, և, շարունակվելու դեպքում, ստիպված են լինելու Արցախում ամբողջությամբ դադարեցնել հանրային տրանսպորտի աշխատանքը։
Վ.Հարությունյանի խոսքով` բացի վառելիքից, անհնարին է դարձել նաև ավտոպահեստամասերի, հատկապես` անվադողերի ապահովումը, ինչը տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման համար լուրջ վտանգներ է ստեղծում, առավել ևս, երբ դրանց սահմանափակ լինելու պատճառով օգտվում են նախատեսվածից անհամեմատ շատ քաղաքացիներ։
