ԵՄ ԱԳ նախարարները Բրյուսելում կքննարկեն հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորման հարցը

Բրյուսելում այսօր՝ հուլիսի 20-ին կայանալիք հանդիպման ժամանակ ԵՄ ԱԳ նախարարները կքննարկեն Ուկրաինային ռազմական օգնությունն ու անվտանգության երաշխիքները, Թուրքիայի և Չինաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները, ինչպես նաև հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորման հարցը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ նովոստին»՝ վկայակոչելով եվրոպական բարձրաստիճան աղբյուրին։
Ուկրաինայի հակամարտությունը, անվտանգության երաշխիքներն ու ռազմական օգնությունը Կիևին, ինչպես նաև ԵՄ հարաբերությունները Թուրքիայի և Չինաստանի հետ կլինեն ԵՄ ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպման կենտրոնական թեմաները, որը տեղի կունենա հինգշաբթի Բրյուսելում։
«ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի նիստը կսկսվի աշխատանքային նախաճաշով՝ ՄԱԿ-ի մարդու իրավունքների ներկայացուցչի մասնակցությամբ: Այնուհետև կսկսվի ԱԳ նախարարների խորհրդի գլխավոր նիստը, որը նվիրված կլինի երեք թեմայի՝ Ուկրաինայի հակամարտություն, տնտեսական անվտանգության արտաքին քաղաքական ասպեկտ և Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերություններ», - ասել է աղբյուրը:
Նա նաև նշել է, որ կեսօրին ԵՄ ԱԳ նախարարները մեկուկես ժամ առցանց քննարկում կանցկացնեն ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի հետ՝ հարցերի լայն շրջանակի շուրջ։ Նշվում է, որ Բլինքենի հետ քննարկումների հստակ օրակարգ չկա, սակայն պարզ է, որ Ուկրաինայի հակամարտության և Չինաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների շուրջ քննարկումները կշարունակվեն, հավելել է նա։
Նա չի բացառել, որ այս զրույցի ընթացքում կարող է արծարծվել նաև Թուրքիայի կողմից ՆԱՏՕ-ին Շվեդիայի անդամակցության վավերացման հարցը և Վիլնյուսում կայացած Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի հուլիսյան գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքներին հաջորդած որոշումները։
Հանդիպման ավարտին նախարարները նախատեսում են քննարկել ընթացիկ հարցեր, այդ թվում՝ Չինաստանը, Լատինական Ամերիկայի և Կարիբյան ավազանի երկրների հետ հուլիսի 17-18-ին կայանալիք գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքները, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի, ինչպես նաև Թունիսի հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը։
Տնտեսական անվտանգության քննարկման ժամանակ նախարարները քննարկում կանցկացնեն երրորդ երկրներից կախվածությունը նվազեցնելու մասին, որոնք «առեւտուրն ու տնտեսությունը որպես զենք օգտագործելու ներուժ ունեն»։
Աղբյուրը նշում է, որ ԱԳ նախարարները Թուրքիայի հարցը քննարկելիս մտադիր են անդրադառնալ թուրքական ընտրությունների արդյունքներին։
«Սա ընդհանուր առմամբ լավ առիթ է քննարկելու մեր երկկողմ հարաբերություններում ստեղծված իրավիճակը այս երկրի հետ, որը նույնպես ԵՄ-ի թեկնածու է»,- ասել է նա։
Պատասխանելով լրագրողների հարցին, թե արդյոք նախարարները կանդրադառնան Թուրքիայի ԵՄ անդամակցությանը, աղբյուրը նշել է, որ «հարաբերությունների և իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ համապատասխան զեկույցը, որը նախապես խնդրել էր Եվրոպական խորհուրդը, պատրաստ կլինի մինչև հոկտեմբեր»։
Աղբյուրն ընդգծել է, որ ԵՄ երկրների ԱԳ նախարարները Չինաստանի հարցը քննարկելիս ցանկանում են շոշափել եվրոպական տնտեսական անվտանգությանը վերաբերող հարցեր, ինչպես նաև Պեկինի հետ «ներդաշնակ» հարաբերություններ կառուցել։
ԵՄ ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպումը Բրյուսելում կսկսվի տեղական ժամանակով ժամը 10.00-ին (Երեւանի ժամանակով 12.00-ին), եվրոպական դիվանագիտության Խոսեպ Բորելի ամփոփիչ ասուլիսը սպասվում է Երեւանի ժամանակով 19։00-ից հետո։
