Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 20-ին, կրակոցներն են հնչել Երևանում: Ժամը 21:30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչությունում և ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնում տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Տիգրան Մեծ պողոտայում՝ «Երևան Սիթի»-ի դիմաց, կրակոցներ են հնչել:
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պետ, Ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Սևան Քոչարյանը, վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Խորեն Բարխոյանը, նույն վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի պետ Արթուր Հակոբյանը:
Ժամանել է նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության պետի առաջին տեղակալ Արմեն Պետրոսյանը:
Ժամանել են նաև Ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը ՝ բաժնի պետ Երվանդ Նիկոյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 2-րդ գումարտակի պարեկները՝ գնդի հրամանատար Անդրանիկ Իսախանյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Նիկողոսյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Պարեկները սահմանազատել են տարածքը, տեղում կատարում են ուժեղացված ծառայություն:
Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել են 2 կրակված պարկուճ, դանակ, արնանման հետքեր, ակնոց:
Այս պահին ոստիկանությունը պարզում է՝ արդյոք դեպքի հետևանքով հիվանդանոց տուժած քաղաքացիներ տեղափոխվել են, թե ոչ:
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել արդեն ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Փորձաքրեագիտական վարչության փորձաքրեագետները և Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտորն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի խումբը:
Դեպքի փաստով քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
