Արցախում գյուղատնտեսական բերքահավաքի հետ կապված աշխատանքների մոտ 70 տոկոսն անակատար է, և այլևս հնարավոր չէ շարունակել:
Այս մասին Հայաստանի Հանրային Հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակման հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակին, փոխանցում է Արցախպրեսը։
«Մասնավոր ոլորտում աշխատատեղերի համատարած կրճատումներ են, գործազուրկների մեծ բանակ կա, որը ֆինանսական, առումով մեծ ծանաբեռնավծություն է պետության համար»,- ասել է Ներսիսյանը։
«Ստեփանակերտում հանրային տրանսպորտը չի աշխատում։ Եվ նվազագույն չափով ուղղակի շրջանների կապն ենք փորձում ապահովել Ստեփանակերտի հետ։ Եվ սա կրկնում եմ, նվազագույն չափով»,- ասել է պաշտոնյան։
Ըստ նրա՝ խնդիր կա նաև աղբահանության հետ կապված, որը կարող է առաջացնել համաճարակային ու սանիտարական լրջագույն խնդիրներ։
Ներսիսյանը նաև խոսեց, եթե ինչ քայլերի է դիմում ադրբեջանական կողմը Լաչինի միջանցքում տեղադրված անցակետում Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի կողմից բուժառուների տեղափոխման ժամանակ՝ այնտեղ ներգրավելով բժիշկների։
«Ադրբեջանի հնարամտությունը սահմաններ չունի։ Ի վերջո, մենք հասանք մի կետի, երբ Ադրբեջանն ադրբեջանցի բժիշկներ ներգրավեց և պայմաններ դրեց «Կարմիր խաչի» առջև, որ Հայաստան մեկնող հիվանդները պետք է լրացուցիչ բուժզննության ենթարկվեն անցակետում»,- ասել է պետնախարարը։
«Սրանք պայմաններ են, որոնք ուղղված են մեր քաղաքացիների արժանապատվության դեմ, նրանց անհարմար դրության մեջ դնելուն։ Եվ ինչպե՞ս եք պատկերացնում այս պայմաններում մեր քաղաքացիներն ադրբեջանցիների կողմից բուժզննության ենթարկվեն։ Ես չեմ բացառում, ավելին, համոզված եմ, որ այդ գործընթացը նույնիսկ տեսախցիկների տեսադաշտում է լինելու»,- ընդգծել է Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը։
