Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արթուր Թովմասյանն ուղերձով դիմել է Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության մշտական անդամ երկրների ղեկավարներին․

Ադրբեջանը բազմազգ երկիր է, հազարամյակներ շարունակ մենք ապրել ենք կողք-կողքի: Այսօր էլ պատրաստ ենք մեր հարևանների հետ ապրել «հավասարը՝ հավասարի» սկզբունքով: Այդ դեպքում տանկը կփոխարինենք տրակտորով, ինքնաձիգը՝ բահով:
Մի առիթով Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահներից մեկն ասել է.«Բանտը մարդու համար է»: 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ից մինչև 2023 թվականի հունիսի 15-ը մենք գտնվում էինք այդ բանտում, 2023 թվականի հունիսի 15-ից մինչև այս պահը՝ համակենտրոնացման ճամբարում: Սա մարդու համար չէ:
Համաշխարհային պատմության մեջ ունենք ֆաշիստական Գերմանիայի օրինակը, որի մարդկության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունները դատապարտվել են ողջամիտ աշխարհի կողմից:
Այսօր Արցախի ժողովուրդը կանգնած է հումանիտար աղետի ու գոյութենաբանական խնդրի առջև: Վտանգված է մեր ֆիզիկական գոյությունը, կյանքի ամեն մի օրը կարող է դառնալ վերջինը:
Հայի այս տեսակը՝ խաղաղասեր, աշխատասեր ժողովուրդ է, որ միշտ իր կյանքը կառուցել է քրտնաջան աշխատանքով, հարևանների հետ բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունների մղումով:
