«Սիրելի՛ երևանաբնակ ընկերներ և հատկապես արցախցիներ,
Երևանում այսօր հերթական հավաքն է տեղի ունենալու՝ ի պաշտպանություն Արցախի: Խնդրում ու հորդորում եմ ակտիվորեն մասնակցել այդ և բոլոր այն հավաքներին, որոնք նպատակ ունեն հայ ժողովրդի ձայնը բարձրացնելու Արցախի համար, կանխելու վերահաս աղետը:

Այս փուլում բոլորիս գործողությունները Հայրենիքում ու Սփյուռքում պետք է ուղղված լինեն շրջափակումը վերացնելուն, միջազգային անհատական ու հավաքական ճնշմամբ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ վարքը զսպելուն, Արցախն Ադրբեջանի կազմում ճանաչելուն միտված ՀՀ հետագա գործողությունները կանխելուն, միջազգային լրատվամիջոցների ու կազմակերպությունների ուշադրությունը հրավիրելուն:
Ամենահեշտը, բայցև ամենասխալը անգործությունն է, որը շատերը ցուցաբերում են բազում պատճառներով ու պատճառաբանություններով՝ անօգնականությունից մինչև Արցախի իշխանությունների հանդեպ անվստահություն: Արցախին օգնե՛ք այնպես, ինչպես պատկերացնում եք, բայց գոնե մի՛ վնասեք ու անգործություն մի՛ ցուցաբերեք»:
