Ամիսներ շարունակ բարձրաձայնում եմ թափառող կենդանիների հարձակումների դեպքերի և դրա հետևանքների մասին՝ պատկան մարմիններին ուղղելով դիմումներ։ Բազմիցս նշեմ եմ, որ անհրաժեշտ է ձեռնարկել հրատապ միջոցներ, քանի որ գործ ունենք մարդկային կյանքերի հետ։
Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ ԱԺ «հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը․
«Ամիսներ առաջ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին խնդրի կապակցությամբ ուղարկել էի հարցում, որտեղ նշել էի նաև իմ առաջարկները։
Հարցմանս ստացել էի այսպիսի պատասխան․
«Թափառող կենդանիների վնասազերծման կենտրոն» ՀՈԱԿ-ը 2023 թվականին նախաձեռնում է մի շարք փոփոխություններ` մայրաքաղաքում թափառող կենդանիների խնդիրը կանոնակարգելու համար:
Գրության մեջ նշված էր նաև, որ առաջիկայում մայրաքաղաքում կստեղծվեն թափառող շների համար նախատեսված կացարաններ։
Անցել են ամիսներ, սակայն շարունակում ենք լսել թափառող կենդանիների հարձակման դեպքերի մասին։
Միայն այս տարվա հունիս ամսին Մուրացան համալսարանական բուժհաստատություն են դիմել 32 երեխա։ Օրեր առաջ լսեցինք Սպիտակում շան հարձակման արդյունքում ծայրահեղ ծանր իրավիճակում հայտնված երեխայի մասին։
Իմ հայրենի Իջևանից և ՀՀ այլ համայնքներից ևս քաղաքացիները գրեթե ամեն օր ահազանգում են կատաղած շների առկայության և դեպքերի մասին։
Պատկան մարմիններին հերթական անգամ կոչ եմ անում խնդրին վերաբերվել ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ։
Անցել են ամիսներ, ի՞նչ եղան ձեր ձեռնարկած միջոցառումները, որտե՞ղ են կացարանները։
Քանի՞ երեխա պետք է հայտնվի բժշկական հաստատությունում, որպեսզի սկսեք քայլեր ձեռնարկել այս ուղղությամբ»։
