Ներքին Գետաշենում նորածնի հայտնաբերման դեպքի առթիվ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ներքին Գետաշեն գյուղի տներից մեկի մոտ մանկահասակ երեխայի հայտնաբերման դեպքի առթիվ հուլիսի 22-ի առավոտյան ստացված հաղորդման առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մարտունու քննչական բաժնում քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 247-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով (Երեխայի դաստիարակության կամ խնամքի պարտականությունը չկատարելը կամ ոչ պատշաճ կատարելը, որը զուգորդվել է անչափահասի նկատմամբ դաժան վերաբերմունքով)։
Այս մասին հայտնում են Քննչական կոմիտեից:
«Հաղորդումն ստացվելուց և վարույթ նախաձեռնվելուց հետո, նույն օրը, երեկոյան, Մուրացան հիվանդանոցային համալիրից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ իրենց մոտ տեղափոխված ընկեցիկ երեխան՝ նորածին տղան, մահացել է։
Քրեական վարույթով կատարված նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Մարտունու համայնքի Ներքին Գետաշեն բնակավայրի Սուրբ Խաչ թաղամասի տներից մեկի բնակչուհին հուլիսի 22-ին՝ ժամը 10,20-ի սահմաններում, իրենց տան արևմտյան հատվածի հողաթմբի վրա նկատել է թափառող շների։ Հավաքված շներին հեռացնելու նպատակով քար է նետել նրանց ուղղությամբ և մոտենալով նկատել, որ հողաթմբի վրա դրված է դեղին գույնի պոլիէթիլենային պարկ։ Բացելով պարկը՝ նկատել է, որ դրանում շորով փաթաթված նորածին է։ Զգալով, որ նորածինը ողջ է՝ անմիջապես տարել է տուն և դիմել ոստիկանությանը։
Քրեական վարույթով նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։ Առգրավվել է նորածնի հագուստը, և պարկը։
Համապատասխան միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում նորածնի ծնողներին հայտնաբերելու, կատարվածի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։ Այդ նպատակով հանձնարարություն է տրվել Ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժնին, նաև հարցումներ են ուղարկվել բուժհաստատություններ»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրությունում։
