«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
akcent.site-ը «Փաշինյանի ֆեյքերը. Հայաստանում կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը փոխարինել են պոպուլիզմով» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «կտրիճաբար» փորձում է կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարողի դեր խաղալ: Ճիշտ է, ակտիվները խլվում են հիմնականում ընդդիմության առաջնորդներից՝ Փաշինյանի քաղաքական հակառակորդներից։ Հայաստանի հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանը ողողված է գլխավոր դատախազության հայցերով: Նրանք ցանկանում են բռնագրավել երկրի բոլոր նախկին ղեկավարների ունեցվածքը։ Ցուցակում ընդգրկվել են 2 նախկին նախագահներ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն ու Սերժ Սարգսյանը, նախկիններից՝ պաշտպանության և արդարադատության նախարարները, քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահը, գլխավոր դատախազը, Երևանի քաղաքապետը:
Գումարած՝ թոշակի անցած տասնյակ դատավորներ, պատգամավորներ, պաշտոնյաներ և նույնիսկ քահանաներ: Օրինակ՝ Քոչարյանի հետ էին ասոցացվում Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը, Ջերմուկի հանքային ջրերի գործարանը, ինչպես նաև հայկական պտուղ-բանջարեղենի խոշորագույն արտահանող «Սպայկա» ընկերությունը։ Քոչարյանի գրասենյակը հերքել է ստվերային բիզնեսի պատկանելության բոլոր այդ մեղադրանքները: Կոռուպցիայի մասշտաբով Հայաստանը գտնվում է հետամնաց աֆրիկյան երկրների մակարդակում, ինչպիսիք են Ռուանդան կամ Նամիբիան։
Հետևաբար, Փաշինյանը հեշտությամբ հակակոռուպցիոն հռետորաբանություն է օգտագործում իր քաղաքական պայքարում։ Ժողովրդին դա դուր է գալիս։ Փաշինյանն անձամբ է առաջ քաշել 2020 թվականի գարնանը ընդունված գույքի հարկադիր բռնագրավման մասին օրենքը: Անգամ Հայաստանի գլխավոր դատախազությունում ստեղծվել է մի ամբողջ վարչություն, որը զբաղվում է ապօրինի ձեռք բերված գույքի բռնագրավմամբ։ Անձամբ Փաշինյանի մերձավոր շրջապատին, սակայն, այդ վարչության պատժող ձեռքը չի կպչում: Անհասկանալի է, չե՞ն գողանում, թե՞ ընդհանրապես անձեռնմխելի են:
