«Հիմա շատերի մոտ է հարց ծագում, թե ինչո՞ւ իշխանությունները Բաղրամյան պողոտայի ցույցը չեն ցրում ցերեկային կամ առավոտյան ժամերին, երբ պողոտայում ներկա ցուցարարների թիվը բավականին փոքր է լինում: Չցրելու այդ դիրքորոշման հետ կապված զանազան վարկածներ են շրջանառվում և դրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը գոյության իրավունք ունի: Կարծում ենք, սակայն, որ այս հարցում վճռական նշանակություն ունի այն փաստը, որ հունիսի լույս 23-ի գիշերը ցույցը ուժային մեթոդով ցրելը մեծ հակազդեցություն առաջացրեց հանրության շրջանում, և դրա հետևանքով՝ էլեկտրական էներգիայի թանկացման դեմ պայքարը ծավալվեց, մեծացավ և դարձավ լրջագույն քաղաքացիական պրոցես:

 Մեծ հավանականությամբ իշխանությունները մտավախություն ունեն, որ քչերի նկատմամբ բռնությունը կարող է շատերի մոտ հակառեակցիա առաջացնել, ինչի արդյունքում Բաղրամյան պողոտայի շարժումը, որը կարծես սմքել է, կարող է նորից վերածնվել: Այս իմաստով հունիսի 30-ին ոստիկանների մուտքը ցուցարարների շարքեր բարձրախոսները առգրավվելու պատրվակով, շատերին անիմաստ ու աննպատակ թվաց: Բայց այդ կիսագործողությունը տվեց մի շատ կարևոր հարցի պատասխան, ու չենք բացառում, որ հենց այդ պատասխանն էր ոստիկանության ակնկալիքը: Մինչ ամեն ինչ խաղաղ էր, Բաղրամյան պողոտայում առավելագույնը հազար մարդ կար, իսկ երբ ոստիկանական հրեշտակների և կարմիրբերետավորների շարքերը առաջ եկան, հինգ-տասը րոպեում պողոտայում ներկա քաղաքացիների թիվը եռապատկվեց: Սա շատ հստակ ազդակ էր, որ ցույցը ցրելը կարող է լրջագույն հակադարձ էֆեկտ ունենալ:

 Այս իմաստով իշխանությունները կարծես թե հասկացել են, որ ցույցը ցրելուց առաջ այն պետք է լրջորեն վարկաբեկել: Եվ ահա վերջին օրերին Բաղրամյան պողոտայում որպես ցուցարար ներկայանում են կասկածելի դեմքեր, հարբեցողներ, ովքեր վիճաբանություններ են սարքում, ոմանք ռաբիզ երաժշտություն են միացնում՝ «Դոլյա վառավսկայա», և այլն: Երեկ էլ համացանցում տեսանյութ էր տարածվել, թե իբր ցույցի մասնակիցները հենց պողոտայում սեքսով են զբաղվում: Սրանք քայլեր են, որոնց նպատակը մեկն է. հնարավորինս վարկաբեկել, էժանացնել, հանրության աչքից գցել քաղաքացիական շարժումը: Այս իմաստով, իհարկե, ամենակարևոր քայլը պառակտումն էր՝ «օպերայականների» և «բաղրամյանականների»: Կարելի է պատկերացնել, թե շարժման երիտասարդ ու անփորձ առաջնորդներին ընկճելու, ահաբեկելու ինչ միջոցներ են ձեռնարկել իշխանությունները:

 Ամեն դեպքում՝ Բաղրամյան պողոտան շարունակում է փակ մնալ արդեն մեկ շաբաթ, և ոմանք մտածում են, թե իշխանությունները չեն շտապում այն բացել նաև ՀԷՑ-ի շուրջ Ռուսաստանի հետ բանակցությունների պատճառով: Էներգետիկ համակարգում առաջացած ճգնաժամի շուրջ հայ-ռուսական բանակցություններ են ընթանում, ակնհայտորեն, և ինչպես ցույց տվեցին իրադարձությունները, ցուցարարներն ամենևին էլ երկրորդական գործոն չեն այդ ամենում»,–գրում է թերթը։
