Ինչ իրավիճակ է Ասկերանում

Ասկերանի շրջվարչակազմի ղեկավար Համլետ Ապրեսյանը «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում անդրադարձել է հանրային տրանսպորտի աշխատանքի դադարեցման, շրջանում առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների սղության հետևանքով առաջացած խնդիրներին, բուժհաստատություններում տիրող իրավիճակին և Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանի տարածքում ասկերանցիների շարունակվող նստացույցին:
-Պարոն Ապրեսյան, հուլիսի 25-ից Արցախում վառելիքի գերսղության պատճառով դադարեցվել է հանրային տրանսպորտի աշխատանքը: Ասկերանի շրջանի բնակիչները ևս ամբողջապես զրկված են առողջական, սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրների լուծման նպատակով Ստեփանակերտ հասնելու հնարավորությունից: Ի՞նչ խնդիրների է այս հանգամանքը հանգեցրել շրջանում և ի՞նչ կարող է տեղի ունենալ նման իրավիճակի շարունակվելու դեպքում:
-Հանրային տրանսպորտի աշխատանքի դադարեցմամբ Ասկերանն ամբողջությամբ պարալիզացվել է` խախտվել է մարդկանց ազատ տեղաշարժի իրավունքը ևս։ Հույժ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում այս օրերին մարդիկ հաճախ ոտքով են հասնում Ստեփանակերտ։ Հաշված օրերի ընթացքում կսպառվեն նաև բնակիչների` նեղ օրվա համար նախատեսված վառելիքի խնայողությունները։ Այս իրավիճակի երկարատև շարունակումն աղետալի և անդառնալի հետևանքի պատճառ կարող է դառնալ։
-Շրջանի կամ գոնե շջկենտրոնի հողօգտագործողները կարողանո՞ւմ են ինչ-որ կերպ իրացնել իրենց արտադրանքը: Ի՞նչ խնդիրների են բախվում նրանք այս օրերին:
-Շրջանի հողօգտագործողներն անցել են խիստ խնայողության ռեժիմի, որպեսզի կարողանան իրենց արտադրանքը մայրաքաղաք հասցնել, չէ՞ որ քաղաք կերակրողը գյուղն է։ Սակայն այդ խնայողություններն էլ անսպառ չեն։ Այս օրերին Արցախում բոլոր ոլորտներում էլ խնդիրներ կան, որոնցից կարևորագույնը կապված է բնակիչների առողջության հետ։
