Հայաստանն ինքն իրեն դուրս է դրել բանակցություններից ու ոչ միայն Արցախի հարցով, այլև՝ Հայաստանի․ ադրբեջանագետ

Իսկ ի՞նչ ծրագրի համար են մանդատ ստացել Փաշինյանն ու ՔՊ–ն՝ իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է ադրբեջանագետ Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանն ու շարունակում.
«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը ամբողջությամբ փոխել են այն ծրագիրը, որով եկել են իշխանության և մանդատ ստացել Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներից: Ներկայումս Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմակիցների հնչեցրած թեզերը ամբողջությամբ հակասում են այն կուսակցական և նաև կառավարության ծրագրին, որով եկել են իշխանության և ներկայացրել են հանրությանը:
«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության 2021 թվականի նախընտրական ծրագրում արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորման մասին ասվում էր հետևյալը․ «Մոտակա տարիներին մեր գլխավոր խնդիրը պետք է լինի աղետալի պատերազմի հետևանքների վերացումը, ինչպես նաև Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգության ապահովումն ու ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ և համապարփակ կարգավորումը՝ հիմնված Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման՝ առանց սահմանափակումների իրականացման վրա, որը բխում է Արցախի ժողովրդի՝ գոյութենական վտանգներին դիմակայելու անհրաժեշտությունից։ Այն փաստը, որ մարդու իրավունքների զանգվածային խախտումների և զանգվածային ոճրագործությունների հետևանքով հայաթափվել են Արցախի բոլոր այն տարածքները, որտեղ հաստատվել է ադրբեջանական վերահսկողություն, մատնանշում է, որ Արցախի ժողովուրդը չի կարող գոյատևել Ադրբեջանի ենթակայության ներքո»։
Ընտրություններից հետո ձևավորված Կառավարության ծրագրում արցախյան հիմնախնդրի լուծման մասին ձևակերպումները մի փոքր տարբերվում էին. «Առաջիկա տարիներին Կառավարության գլխավոր խնդիրը պետք է լինեն ԼՂ ժողովրդի անվտանգության ապահովումն ու ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ և համապարփակ կարգավորումը։ Ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի վերջնական կարգավորումը Կառավարությունը տեսնում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ներքո Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերջնական կարգավիճակի հստակեցմամբ՝ հայտնի սկզբունքների և տարրերի, այդ թվում՝ ինքնորոշման իրավունքի հիման վրա»:
Հիմա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բոլորովին նոր ծրագիր է հորինել, որով ոչ միայն Արցախը, այլև Հայաստանը Վրաստանին ու Իրանին կապող ուղիների վրա գտնվող կարևոր ստրատեգիական տարածքներ պատրաստ է զիջելու Ադրբեջանին, ու ասում է, թե իբրև մանդատ ունի դրա իրագործման համար:
Մյուս հանգամանքն էլ այն է, որ Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչները չեն աշխատում այդ ուղղությամբ, եթե ոչինչ չես առաջարկում, նշանակում է՝ դու այդ բանակցությունների լիարժեք կողմ չես: Հայաստանն ինքն իրեն դուրս է դրել բանակցություններից, ընդ որում՝ իրեն թվում է, թե միայն Արցախի հարցով է դուրս դրել, բայց իրականում Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ բանակցություններից էլ է դուրս: Ադրբեջանական մամուլում այդ նյութերը շատ-շատ են, որ մենք կպայմանավորվենք Բրյուսելի, Վաշինգտոնի կամ Մոսկվայի հետ»:
