H1N1 վիրուսը շարունակում է տարածվել Հայաստանում. Ծանր հիվանդները 11-ն են

Past.am-ի այն հարցին, թե արդյոք անհրաժեշտություն կա շրջել դիմակներով, թե ոչ, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության պատասխանատուները նշեցին, որ դա էլ պաշտպանական մի միջոց է, բայց պետք է դիմակները մի քանի ժամը մեկ փոխել, քանի որ երկար մնալուց դիմակները խոնավանում են` դառնալով վարակի պոտենցյալ աղբյուր:
Ներկա դրությամբ հանրապետության բժշկական կենտրոններում սուր շնչառական վարակներով պայմանավորված 855 հիվանդ է բուժում ստանում: ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության արագ արձագանքման խմբի վերլուծության արդյունքներով այս պահի դրությամբ ծանր դեպքերի թիվը գրեթե նույնն է։
Նրանց բոլորի առողջական վիճակը և բուժման ընթացքը մասնագետների և անձամբ նախարարի խիստ ուշադրության ներքո է։ Արմեն Մուրադյանի հանձնարարությամբ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունում ստեղծված արագ արձագանքման խմբի անդամները Երևանի և մարզային հիվանդանոցներում ծանոթանում են հիվանդների բուժման ընթացքին:
ՀՀ ԱՆ պետական առողջապահական տեսչության մասնագետները ևս լայնածավալ ուսումնասիրություններ են կատարում։ Ինչպես Past.am-ին փոխանցեցին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, այս պահին 855 հիվանդների թվում կան նաեւ հղիներ եւ երեխաներ: Հղիների թիվը 101 է, երեխաներինը` 672: 855 հիվանդից 177-ի մոտ հաստատվել է H1N1տիպի վարակ:
Ծանր հիվանդների թիվը 11 է, որոնք այս պահին վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում են` նրանց միացված են շնչառական ապարատներ: Նրանցից 4-ի մոտ հաստատվել է H1N1տիպի վարակ: Վարակի տարածումից խուսափելու համար բնակչության շրջանում իրազեկման աշխատանքներ են տարվում, որոնք մոտակա օրերին ավելի ինտենսիվ կդառնան` կոչ անելով ոչ թե խուճապի մատնվել, այլ պարզապես ավելի զգույշ լինել:
Past.am-ին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից տեղեկացրեցին նաև, որ այսօր տեղի ունեցած մարզերի առողջապահության պատասխանատուների մասնակցությամբ հրավիրված հերթական խորհրդակցության առանցքում եղել է գրիպի և սուր շնչառական վարակների վերաբերյալ իրավիճակի գնահատումը: Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ներկայացվեցին գրիպով և սուր շնչառական վարակներով պայմանավորված դեպքերը, դիմելիությունը, անդրադարձ կատարվեց նաև ծանր հիվանդների վարման և բուժման գործընթացին:
Բարդ դեպքերի վերլուծության և բուժման ընթացքը քննարկելու նպատակով ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը խորհրդակցությանը ներկա առաջատար ռեանիմատոլոգներին հանձնարարեց մշտապես պահպանել կապը մարզային գործընկերների հետ:
ՀՀ ԱՆ գլխավոր համաճարակաբան Վլադիմիր Դավիդյանը, ներկայացնելով իրավիճակի վերլուծությունը, նշեց, որ հանրապետությունում համաճարակ չկա, առկա է սեզոնային գործոնով պայմանավորված գրիպի և սուր շնչառական վարակների ակտիվություն, ինչը համահունչ է եվրոպական տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակին: Եվս մեկ անգամ շեշտադրվեց հանրության շրջանում զգոնության բարձրացմանն ուղղված աշխատանքների կարևորությունը:
Ամփոփելով աշխատանքային խորհրդակցությունը` նախարարը մարզի առողջապահության պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարեց շարունակել մշտադիտարկումները, իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը ներկայացնել համապատասխան կառույցներին՝ ըստ պահանջվող ձևերի, միաժամանակ ապահովելով վերահսկողություն: 2015 թվականի վերջում գրանցվել է H1N1վիրուսով պամանավորված մահվան 3 դեպք, եւս 3 դեպք գրանցվել է այս տարվա սկզբին:
