Զինծառայող Մուրադ Գրիգորյանի՝ հրազենային վիրավորումից մահվան դեպքը բացահայտվել է

2023 թվականի հուլիսի 26-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի մարտական դիրքում` գետնատնակի հարակից տարածքում, հայտնաբերվել էր նույն զորամասի զինծառայող Մուրադ Սերյոժայի Գրիգորյանի դին՝ գլխի շրջանում ստացած հրազենային մահացու վիրավորումով։ Վերջինիս կողքին` գետնին ընկած վիճակում, գտնվել էր իրեն ամրակցված գնդացիրը:
Ինչպես հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, դեպքի առթիվ ՔԿ զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության ութերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 523-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, ձևովորվել քննչական խումբ։
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված քննչական և վարութային այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նույն մարտական դիրքում ծառայություն իրականացնող Մուրադ Գրիգորյանի և նրա համածառյակից, պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող Ա․Հ.-ի միջև անձնական հարցի շուրջ ծագած խոսակցության ընթացքում հնչած վիրավորանքի պատճառով զինծառայող Մուրադ Գրիգորյանին, վերջինիս ամրակցված ՊԿ տեսակի գնդացիրից արձակված կրակոցով, մահացու հրազենային վնասվածքը հասցրել է Ա.Հ․-ն։
