ԿԽՄԿ–ն մեկնաբանել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից արցախցի բուժառուին արգելանքի տակ վերցնելու լուրը

Հայաստանում Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի պատվիրակության հաղորդակցման ծրագրերի ղեկավար Զառա Ամատունին Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում մեկնաբանել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից արցախցի բուժառուին արգելանքի տակ վերցնելու լուրը։
Արցախի պետնախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանն ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էր, որ Ադրբեջանն այսօր արգելանքի է վերցրել Կարմիր խաչի միջոցով բուժման նպատակով ՀՀ տեղափոխվող քաղաքացիներից մեկին և անցակետից տեղափոխվել այլ վայր։ Նա նշել էր, որ ԿԽՄԿ ներկայացուցիչը գտնվում է քաղաքացու մոտ, սակայն բանակցությունները դեռևս որևէ արդյունք չեն տվել։
Ամատունին Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում ասել է, որ նման գործողությունների պարագայում, երբ մարդկանց տեղափոխում պետք է իրականացվի, իրենք նախապես համաձայնություն են ստանում, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի ընթացքն ապահով կազմակերպել։
«Սա ներառում է նաև տեղափոխվող մարդկանց մասին տեղեկությունների փոխանցում։ Այսօրվա գործողությունն այդ առումով բացառություն չէր և նույն կերպ է կատարվել։ Գործողություններ իրականացնելիս այս հանգամանքը միշտ պահպանել ենք, որպեսզի հստակ տվյալներ ներկայացնելով` կարողանանք վստահ լինել, որ ամեն ինչ համաձայնեցված է։ Մինչ օրս նման նախադեպ չենք ունեցել»,– նշել է Ամատունին։
Նա նաև շեշտել է, որ ցանկացած խնդրի դեպքում կոնֆիդենցիալ երկխոսության միջոցով համապատասխան իշխանությունների հետ իրենք մշտապես կապի մեջ են։ ԿԽՄԿ պատվիրակության հաղորդակցման ծրագրերի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ իրենք չեն կարող տվյալ պահին ավելի մանրամասն խոսել, թե ինչպես և ինչ է տեղի ունենում։
