Լարված իրավիճակ՝ Կոտայքի մարզում. բալահովիտցիները փակել են ճանապարհը

Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 29-ին, լարված իրավիճակ էր ստեղծվել Կոտայքի մարզում: Աբովյան խոշորացված համայնքի Բալահովիտ բնակավայրի բնակիչները, ի նշան բողոքի, փակել էին Երևան-Աբովյան ավտոճանապարհի՝ Բալահովիտ գյուղի վարչական տարածքով անցնող ճանապարհը և արդարացիորեն պահանջում էին, որպեսզի «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերությունը վերջապես պատասխանի, թե ի՞նչն է պատճառը, որ ամիսներ շարունակ իրենք ջրի խնդիր ունեն:
Shamshyan-ի հետ զրույցում բնակիչները ասում էին. «Եթե մեկ օր ջրի վարձը ուշացնենք, «Վեոլիա ջուր»-ը մեզ կուտի: Չի ուտի է, կհոշոտի: Էս քանի տարի է՝ ասես մեզ քարե դարում զգանք: Ո՞վ է տեսել 21-րդ դարում ջրի համար վճարես ու ջուր չունենաս: Ամառվա այս տապին մի ամբողջ թաղամասի պետական շենքերի ու սեփական տների բնակիչներս չենք ստանում այդ հարցի պատասխանը, թե ի վերջո «Վեոլիա ջուր»-ը կցուցաբերի՞ մարդկային վերաբերմունք բնակիչներիս նկատմամբ ու այս խնդիրը կլուծի: Մեր պահանջները ու պայքարը ո՛չ քաղաքական է, ո՛չ էլ սաբոտաժ: Պարզապես հիմա, ոչ թե խնդրում, այլ պահանջում ենք, որ էս հարցը լուծեն և դրա թիվ 1 լուծողը «Վեոլիա ջուր»-ն է: Բավական է, մեր համբերության բաժակն արդեն լցվել է, դրա համար էլ ստիպված դիմում ենք այս ծայրահեղ քայլին՝ փակելով ճանապարհը»:
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է նաև, որ նշված վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի պետ Էդմոնդ Այվազյանն ու Կոտայքի բաժնի պետի ծառայության գծով տեղակալ Սարգսյանը, ովքեր բնակիչների հետ բանակցություններ էին վարում, որպեսզի բացեն ճանապարհը, սակայն բնակիչներն ասում էին. «Էլի բացենք, էս անգամ ձեր խաթեր, բայց մեր հարցը ո՞վ է լուծելու»:
