Վաղը պետք է Ստեփանակերտի և Բաքվի հանդիպում լիներ, բայց Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվել է։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերում տեղեկացրեց Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահին կից հակաճգնաժամային խորհրդի նախագահ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը:
«Դուք գիտեք, որ Բաքուն արդեն մի քանի անգամ է փորձում է պարտադրել, որ Արցախից մարդ գնա Բաքու կամ Եվլախ, այսպես կոչված, բանակցությունների: Եթե նրանք այդպիսի բան են պարտադրում, ես պատկերացնում եմ, թե այնտեղ ինչպիսի խոսակցություն է տեղի ունենալու: Այս ֆոնին Եվրոպան եւ ԱՄՆ-ն փորձում են հանդիպում կազմակերպել երրորդ երկրում: Օգոստոսի 1-ին պետք է տեղի ունենար հանդիպում նախնական Սոֆիայում, Արցախի եւ Ադրբեջանի ՀԿ-ների միջեւ: Հետո Ռուսաստանն այդ ամենը իմանալով, խաղի մեջ մտավ, փորձեց առաջ անցնել եւ ամսի 25-ին Լավրովը հանդիպում է կազմակերպել, որի ընթացքում նա մեզ կոչեց «ազգային փոքրամասնություն», որն անընդունելի է եւ ցույց տվեց ՌԴ իշխանության այսօրվա քաղաքականությունը»,-ասաց Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը:
Նա մանրամասնեց, որ օգոստոսի 1-ին ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Եվրոպայի միջնորդությամբ Բրատիսլավայում պետք է տեղի ունենար հանդիպում Ադրբեջանի և Արցախի ներկայացուցիչների միջև, սակայն Ադրբեջանը 2 օր առաջ առանց պատճառաբանությամբ հրաժարվել է ներկայանալ հանդիպմանը։
«Վաղը կամ մյուս օրը դրսի ներկայացուցիչները կժամանեն Երևան և կլինեն որոշ քննարկումներ։ Քննարկումները կավարտվեն, ես կներկայացնեմ, թե ինչ են քննարկել։
