«Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի առևանգման փաստով նամակ է հղել Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեին

ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունն ադրբեջանցիների կողմից արցախցի Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի առևանգման փաստի առթիվ նամակ է հղել Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեին, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ԱԺ միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովներին և միջազգային խորհրդարանական կազմակերպություններին։ Այդ մասին NEWS.am_ին հայտնում են խմբակցությունից։
Խմբակցության անունից ուղղված նամակում, դատապարտելով միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի կոպիտ խախտումը և մարդկության հիմնարար սկզբունքների բացահայտ անտեսումը, նշվում է, որ նման արարքը ոչ միայն ոտնահարում է անմեղ մարդու իրավունքներն ու արժանապատվությունը, այլև՝ խաթարում է Միջազգային Կարմիր Խաչի կողմից մարդասիրական գործողություններին օժանդակելու գործում ներդրված ջանքերին։
Ակնհայտ է, որ այս արարքն ուղղված է ոչ միայն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում հուսահատություն տարածմանը, այլև՝ Կարմիր Խաչի համբավն արատավորելուն և կարևոր մարդասիրական առաքելության իրականացման խոչընդոտմանը։
Խմբակցությունը կոչ է անում Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեին անհապաղ և վճռական քայլեր ձեռնարկել՝ ապահովելու Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի անվտանգ և արագ վերադարձն իր ընտանիք և պատասխանատվության ենթարկել նրա առևանգման պատասխանատուներին՝ համաձայն միջազգային իրավունքի։
«Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը նաև հորդորում է Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեին բազմապատկել իր ջանքերը՝ կանխելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հումանիտար իրավիճակի հետագա վատթարացումը և տարածաշրջանում մարդասիրական իրավունքի ոտնահարման դեպքերը»:
Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ Արցախից Հայաստան տեղափոխվող բուժառուներից մեկին` 68-ամյա Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին, որը մեկնում էր Հայաստան վիրահատման, հուլիսի 29–ին առևանգել են Ադրբեջանի սահմանապահ ծառայության ներկայացուցիչները։ Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը հայտարարել է, որ նա ձերբակալվել է։ Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանը, ըստ մեղադրանքի, իբր հանցավոր խումբ է ստեղծել, որը 1991թ. դեկտեմբերի 21-ին մասնակցել է Խոջալուի շրջանի Մեշալի գյուղի բնակիչների դեմ հանցագործություններին։
