«Արցախում այս օրերին մենք ականատես ենք լինում, թե ժողովուրդն ինչ զրկանքների միջով է անցնում`պայմանավորված արդեն ութ ամիս տևող հումանիտար ճգնաժամով, ականատես ենք լինում հատկապես խոցելի խմբերի, մասնավորապես` երեխաների, տարեցների, հղի կանանց տարբեր խրոնիկ հիվանդություններով տառապող, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հետ կապված տարբեր միջադեպերի, որոնք ուղիղ հետևանք են Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի արգելափակման, մինչդեռ այս բեռնատարներում սնունդ է, դեղորայք, առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքներ, որոնք կարող են կյանքեր փրկել կամ առնվազն մեղմել ներկայում տիրող վիճակը, բայց, ցավոք, որևէ տեղաշարժ չկա այս մասով:
