Միանգամայան անհասկանալի են Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դատողությունները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից ռուս խաղապահների դուրսբերման հարցի վերաբերյալ՝ հատկապես այսօրվա դրությամբ այնտեղ ստեղծված ծայրաստիճան բարդ մարդասիրական իրավիճակի ֆոնին. այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան:
«Սա պարոն Փաշինյանի ցանկությո՞ւնն է։ Ես չեմ հասկանում՝ ինչի մասին է նա խոսում։ Նա ցանականում է որ այդպե՞ս լինի: Բոլորին հայտնի է, որ մեր խաղաղապահներն իրականացնում են կարևոր գործառույթներ՝ գերիների փոխանակում, ականազերծում, միջադեպերի կարգավորում, մարդասիրական օգնության ցուցաբերում: Մի՞թե ՀՀ ղեկավարության կարծիքով՝ այս գործունենությունն անպետք է, ոչ ցանկալի, և նրանք ցանկանում են որ այն չլինի՞: Այսինքն, պետք է ինչ-որ կերպ կողմնորոշվել: Ցավոք, հաճախ ենք տեսնում, որ ՀՀ ղեկավարության ներկայացուցիչները երկիմաստ դիրքորոշում են զբաղեցնում մի շարք առանցքային հարցերի շուրջ: Ուստի, ցանկանություն կա, որ կոնկրետ այս հարցով երկիմաստություն չլինի: Բառերի հետ ձեռնածություն անելը լավի չի հանգեցնում: Բարձրագույն մակարդակով մեկ անգամ չէ, որ ընդգծվել է ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի ներդրումը տեղակայման գոտում անվտանգության ապահովման գործում, շեշտադրվել է դրա գործունենության պահանջը իրավիճակի կարգավորման նպատակով: Ուստի այս ամենը կասկածի տակ դնելու նման փորձերը մեծ հարցեր են առաջացնում՝ ի՞նչ նպատակով է սա արվում: Եվ ընդհանուր առմամբ, այն բանից հետո երբ ՀՀ ղեկավարությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղն ադրբեջանական է ճանաչել, ինչպես իրենք են ասել, Ռուսաստանի հասցեին պահանջները՝ ջանքերի անբավարարության վերաբերյալ, կրկնակի անտեղի են»,- ասել է Զախարովան:
