Այսօր Հայաստանում կատարվել է, թերեւս, ամենազավեշտալի կադրային նշանակումը։ Երկրի անվտանգային համակարգի լրջագույն մարտահրավերների, ՀՀ զինված ուժերում արմատական բարեփոխումների, բարոյա-հոգեբանական վիճակի կտրուկ փոփոխության հրամայականների պայմաններում Երեւանի նախկին փոխքաղաքապետ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը նշանակվել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության փոխնախարար, այս մասին Facebook-ում գրել է «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը։
«Ճիշտ կարդացիք, բանկային աշխատողը, որ մի քանի ամիս ժամանակավոր Երեւանի քաղաքապետացուն էր, դարձել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ։
Ու սրանից հետո սրանք պետք է խոսեն Հայոց բանակի մարտունակության, բարեփոխման մասին։
Ամիսներ առաջ Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ Զինված ուժերում ստեղծված իրավիճակի հարցով ընդդիմության առաջարկած փակ նիստում, իբրեւ հիմնական զեկուցող, ի թիվս այլ խնդիրների՝ խոսել էի բարձրագույն ռազմական եւ զինվորական պաշտոնների թերլրացվածության մասին։ Այդ թվում հիշատակել էի պաշտպանության փոխնախարարներից մեկի պաշտոնում արդեն շուրջ երեք տարի մարդ չնշանակելու մասին։ Երանի չասեի, եթե գիտենայի, որ այսպիսի նշանակում է լինելու։
Սա է, որ ընդդիմությունը բարձրաձայնում է՝ այս իշխանությանն ամուր անվտանգային համակարգ պետք չէ, ուժեղ բանակ պետք չէ, ամրացված սահման, առաջնագիծ պետք չէ։ Սրանք միայն ավիրում են ամեն ինչ։
Միայն մի քանի կարեւորագույն պաշտոններ նշեմ, որոնք ամիսներով թափուր են՝
1. ՀՀ Սահմանապահ զորքերի հրամանատար (թափուր է արդեն 5 ամիս)
2. ՀՀ ԳՇ օպերատիվ գլխավոր վարչության պետ (թափուր է արդեն 7 ամիս)
3. ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի 2 տեղակալ (թափուր է արդեն, համապատասխանաբար, 2 տարի եւ 7 ամիս)»,- գրել է նա։
