Բաքվում հայտարարել են, որ առևանգված Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանից բացի փնտրում են ևս 8 հայի

Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազի օգնականը հայտարարել է, որ օրեր առաջ Լաչինի ապօրինի անցակետից առևանգված Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել և կատարվել է նախնական հարցաքննություն։ Այժմ նրա նկատմամբ կատարվում են այլ քննչական գործողություններ:
Բաքվում նաև հայտարարել են, որ բացի Խաչատրյանից որոնում են նաև «ևս 8 հայազգի գրոհայինի», ովքեր, իբրև թե, արցախյան առաջին պատերազմի ժամանակ ադրբեջանցիների նկատմամբ «ցեղասպանություն են իրականացրել»։
Ադրբեջանը հուլիսի 29-ին առևանգել է ԿԽՄԿ-ի ուղեկցությամբ բուժման նպատակով Արցախից Հայաստան տեղափոխվող քաղաքացիներից մեկին՝ 68-ամյա Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին։ Լաչինի միջանցքում տեղակայված ապօրինի անցակետում ադրբեջանցի սահմանապահները ստուգել են Արցախից Հայաստան տեղափոխվող քաղաքացիների անձնագրերը, հետո վերադարձրել են անձնագրերը, սակայն Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի անձնագիրը չեն վերադարձրել։ Նրան ԿԽՄԿ-ի ներկայացուցչի ուղեկցությամբ տարել են հարցաքննելու, իսկ որոշ ժամանակ անց ԿԽՄԿ-ի ներկայացուցչին վերադարձրել են, իսկ Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին՝ տեղափոխել Բաքու։ Բաքվում նրան շինծու մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրել՝ իբր Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմի ժամանակ «ադրբեջանցիների նկատմամբ ցեղասպանական գործողությունների մասնակցելու համար»։
