«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Մի ամբողջ օր ֆեյսբուքահայությունը զբաղված էր... Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերջին «հանճարեղ» նշանակումը բզկտելով: Չնայած, եթե ավելի ստույգ, ապա ոչ թե բզկտում էր նախկին մի քանի ամսական քաղաքապետ ու դրանից հետո մի քանի ամիս վարչապետի խորհրդական Հրաչյա Սարգսյանին երկրի պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ նշանակելը, այլ, բառի բուն իմաստով, «ղժժում էր» այդ նշանակման վրա: Էհ, բա հետո՞, սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ: Իսկապես ու լրջորեն անակնկալի եք եկե՞լ, թե՞ «պարապ վախտի խաղալիք» էիք գտել: Չէ, բայց իրոք. այդքան մեծ անակնկա՞լ էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «գերտաղանդագույն» կադրային քաղաքականության հերթական «հանճարեղ» ու շլացուցիչ փայլատակումը:

Մի երկրում, որտեղ Սուրեն Պապիկյանը կարող է լինել պաշտպանության նախարար, Հրաչյա Սարգսյա՞նն ինչու չի կարող լինել նրա տեղակալը: Կամ՝ այս 5 տարվա ընթացքում Փաշինյանի այդ ո՞ր մի նշանակումն է պակաս «ղժժալի» եղել: Հապա մի նրա կառավարության կազմը նայեք, անուն առ անուն, կամ դեպուտատացանկը՝ «Քաղպայմանագրի»: Լավ, շատ անուններ չտանք՝ մեր ընթերցողների նյարդային համակարգը թանկ ենք գնահատում: Դրանից հետո դեռ այս վերջին նշանակման վրա զարմանալու տե՞ղ էր մնացել: Բայց ամենակարևորը նշենք. ուրեմն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարող է լինել ՀՀ վարչապետ, պատերազմի տանել, պարտվել, հազարավոր զոհերի պատճառ դառնալ, նորից վերընտրվել, Արցախը հանձնել, ու մենք հանկարծ ու զարմանում կամ «զժժում» ենք նրա ինչ-որ նշանակման վրա՞:

Լո՞ւրջ: Պետությո՛ւնն է «շան ոտի տակ ընկած» վարի գնում, սա՛ է հարցը, ոչ թե այն, որ «թեկուզ պոլի փետ լինի, բայց մերոնցից» հայտնի մոտեցմամբ հերթական որևէ նշանակումը: Եվ վերջապես. ի՞նչ կարևոր է, թե այս իշխանության օրոք ով որտեղ է նշանակվում, հասկանում է, չի հասկանում. նախ՝ այսպես թե այնպես բոլոր ոլորտները ավիրելու գիծը նորություն չէ, երկրորդ՝ միևնույնն է, մեկ մարդ է ամեն ինչ որոշում, մյուսները պարզապես «նիկոլներ» են, կատարողներ, անկախ նրանից՝ գլխավոր Նիկոլը ինչ կործանարար որոշում կկայացնի...
